If this is what you want your apartment to look like then move into the cottages. Most gross apartments i've ever looked at. Model looked nothing like this. Save your time and go somewhere else. Didn't even move my stuff in.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. For starters, they do not care about you OR your animal. I take my dog out on a leash every time, like it it states in the rules, and considering it's an Oklahoma law. However, most residences do not abide by this rule, resulting in the other residences dog running up to mine and starting to fight my dog. I have taken this matter to management and Joey said "we will warn them. However, if your dog is injured or worse, we will then obviously take more serious and drastic measures". So pretty much, my dog needs to be injured by another dog before they do anything, which is completely ridiculous. Another issue I have is their breed restriction. When I called, prior to moving in, they told me that they do not have a breed restriction, they just watch closer to dogs that are considered to be restricted and aggressive. However, upon moving in, this was a lie and I had to fight 3+ months to get my trained animal in my cottage. Other residence, such as my neighbors, have two very untrained German Shepard's, which are considered to be a restricted breed as well in most apartment complexes, however, they did not have an issue getting their animals to live on the premises. Same with my other neighbor, who has a Rottweiler. Just because my dog looks like a Pit Bull, they told me no. Along with this situation, I am very unpleased with this management and property. While I was on vacation, maintenance and contractors entered my cottage and left lights on along with turning on my air conditioning, and this was done on two separate occasions, once in June, and once in July where I was gone for a week+ on both occasions. Simply put, do not sign a lease agreement here unless you want to be told one thing, then have another happen, have management not care about you or your animals safety, and have them completely disrespect you. Along with this, the model that you are shown looks NOTHING like a cottage you will actually end up with. Floors will be cracked, chipped cabinets everywhere, miscellaneous stains on all walls, and calcium build up on the shower heads. When you put in a maintenance request at this property, it more than likely will not be fixed for ~7 months. The weather strip on my back door was broken, resulting in bugs and outside air (in the winter and in the summer) to come in nonstop. We put maintenance requests in for multiple things, such as the weather strip (3 times), a leaky window on the stairs that would cause water to run all down the walls and carpet (2 times), and 3 leaks in the roof that have yet to be fixed.

I Just moved in. Before I even got the key to my house, I did everything in my power to try to break my lease and live somewhere else. I'll be doing so until I'm officially moved OUT. Living here is almost scary. Its a ginourmous downgrade from where I was living last year for practically double the cost. This place is terrible, when I moved in "early" and PAID an extra $300 for a key - even though the house was already ready (but still dusty/dirty enough to get me sick) I dont trust the water, and I'm almost positive theres probably mold in here, being painted over. We moved in, there was (and still isn't) grass or bushes on our lawn - like most the other ones. I am paying a $300 fee for one cat. So much money they get from each student who lives here and its so obvious that none of that money goes into the actual buildings or residents. Not to mention its far from OU's campus, the corner, and Target as well as other stores. I cannot encourage you enough. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It doesn't matter if this is the last choice. It would be cheaper for me to pay $500 and find someone to take over my lease, move out and into somewhere on the campus corner, and buy all the furniture than it would to stay here. Everything about living here in infuritating and that's what makes it feel like less of a home. Seems like all my roommates and I do is try to be optimistic about the worst service/living residency. Its truly difficult. The front office doesn't even answer their phones or genuially care about the people living here. A lot of them live here and work here AND get NO discount. Thats how you know its bogus. This was your warning, I wish I listented to mine. I'd say let me know if you know anyone looking for a place to stay because I want OUT, but i wont do that to yall. And Redpoint, those lowsy responses you put under each 1-star review aren't gonna cut it for this one. Please let me out of my lease.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. These apartments never ever fix any problems with in the buildings. I lived here for 2 years and no washer and dryer due to the fact that they just didn't wanna come and fix it or replace it. On top of that I have been changing and they refuse to announce themselves when they come into the house. So they walked in on me changing and just stood there. RIDICULOUS. They have taken the rent out on time and then say that they never received it and charge a HUGE late fee even if you show them your receipt and bank charges. These apartments are no where near worth the price. Birds living in the attic, bugs when we pay for an exterminator, and not clean when we moved in.

Staying here is nothing but a scam. They will find fees and overheads for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING!!!! example of a few: 1.CLUB HOUSE VIEW (even though I wasn't on the circle2. furnishing the apartment (even though I furnished it myself) 3. Excess pet waist (even though I didn't have a pet) 4. extremely over gauged electric ( me and my roommates were gone for 2 months and all 5 still received a $100 fee. 5. so so much more like ( 60$ an hour late fee for keys) ( will 100% charge you extra when you move out). on top of the extra money its not worth it. nothing will get fixed in a orderly manner. THE BEST DAY WILL BE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEMESTERS WHEN THEY FIX EVERYTHING BRIEFLY TO MAKE IT APPEAR ITS A GREAT LIVING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PARENTS OF THE COLLEGE STUDENTS

I live in a college town and was worried I would get an awful apartment but I've had nothing but a positive experience at Redpoint. Sure the woodwork is little beat up but I have great windows and lots of space, the staff is amazing.Alot of people that live at Redpoint are first time renters with no experience. They run into problems because they don't know what to look out for or don't know what to expect. It's also important to remember that most people come on these types of subs to vent and get advice so I'm not surprised most are negative. I very much enjoy my apartment and have never had a need that wasn't met by the management. Absolutely no complaints.

Their service and quality of staff is just horrible. Only staff member that actually does anything is langdon. They never fix anything, barely respond & the apartments are so outdated and nasty. They've had three different managers this school year and all three are awful. they will literally make up anything and turn them into fees. and we've had new wifi that doesn't even work for the past three months. but hey you don't have to live there to go to the pool.

this place was the worst place I have ever stayed at. They claimed we paid the least out of everybody so we are lowest priority compared to the other residents which I believe is illegal when giving customer service or maintenance. They are very lucky I have to even give them one star otherwise I would not have put even one down. If you think about staying here i highly recommend spending your money on a place that will actually fix your things instead of giving you an apartment that is filled with bugs.

I'm taking my talents somewhere else. I've had no hot water in my shower ever since I've lived here and they have done nothing about it. Maintenance would come in and say that it seems good enough and leave without doing anything. I would call the clubhouse to tell them and all they will say is "I'll talk to maintenance and give you a call back". I never got a call back btw
