Red Dirt Storm Shelters

Our system shut down on Christmas Eve due to a blocked pipe. Nathan came out at 9 am on Dec 26th and saved the day! He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and honest. We were not established customers and they saved us in a pinch. We will definitely be using Red Dirt Septic in the future.

Red Dirt almost doubled their service price this year. it went from $175 -325, and they installed our septic system 4 years ago. Existing customers should be treated better than this.

We have been using them to service out aerobic septic system for several years now and they have ALWAYS been so nice!!! Everyone I have ever talked to has been extremely friendly, VERY helpful, they have helped teach us how to maintain it to avoid future issues. They are always quick in an emergency and we are very grateful we found this company!

Do NOT use this company. They will smile, give you the firm handshake while promising a lifetime warranty, but if something happens, that will all go away. They installed our shelter, telling us "we don't do permits", forcing us to research the rules and do it ourselves. When they showed up to install, I had marked and explained the minimum distance per city code from the house, and they were visibly angry. How dare the homeowner tell us what to do. They also failed to follow water table anchoring requirements on the plans provided (ours should have been anchored per the engineering specifications.). Two days later, the 10' shelter had popped out of the ground. When I called them back, quoting that "unconditional guarantee" the sleezy salesman promised, they responded "we consider this an "act of God" and therefore you will have to pay us to reset it. I told them they will never get my business again, and hired a competitor to fix it. DO NOT trust this company. Go somewhere else.

Poorly run, management is untrustworthy, staff is unprofessional. Don't give them your business.

We use them for our septic tank service. I went in with a drainage issue they came out that day super nice!!! They went above and beyond amazing customer service!!!
