Red Dirt Septic

I called this afternoon with an emergency situation. Jose was at my house within an hour and solved the problem. I've used them before and always had good service.

highly recommend Red Dirt Septic for your septic needs. We had to have a pump replaced and Jose was here within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional and answered any questions we had for him. We are very pleased.

To start they told me they would show up between 9am and 11am.They showed up at after 5 pm after two phone calls. It was hot and they guys were in a hurry, and I understand that. The guys couldn't get the lid back in place. Then they broke the lid on my septic tank. They told me they would make the repairs. But after 3 months it is not repaired, and the hole is still open. Now they will not return my calls.I do not recommend this company.

Oh could I rate a business the lowest. "We guarantee all our work", with a handshake, then when the 10x10 shelter pops out of the ground after a rain, we get a "we consider this an act of god and require more money to reset". It stated directly in the engineering drawings the waterline requirements. I not only NOT recommend you for anything, but hope you go bankrupt. I had to call someone else to come excavate, install a sump, and reset the shelter. Stay away from this business.
