Red Carpet Car Wash

Guy showed me a full tally sheet and said I need to grab another sheet. Ok, he went to his podium BUT instead of grabbing another sheet, cashed out and left! Rude, I just sat there waited and waited, nope one came back. I had to back out of there!!!!

I hate that this place is the only "full-service" car wash close to my house. The service is horrible and they half way do a decent job! Then when told about it, their attitudes become incredibly offended like they provide quality service that was above reproach. Not only that, it's way over priced. I paid $38 for an exterior wash (that I had to drive myself through), for someone to half dry my car, and shine my wheels and tires! If you can avoid going here and trying somewhere else, I would 10/10 recommend that for your sanity! You can get a better kids washed my car, fundraiser car wash!

Worst car wash I have been to. Major attitude, swore I would never go back the last time I was there, they dud a horrible job. This time the girl checking me in had a terrible attitude, told her they were hard to deal with and got back in my truck.I don't understand how companies stay in business with this kind of piss poor service.

If I could rate a 1/2 star I would. To go to a car wash and wait 2 hours just to get your car cleaned is ridiculous. Whoever the manager is of this place, needs to be fired. Workers just walking around and nothing getting done. I feel like I'm in a Twilight Zone with the lack of customer service. Stay away from this place if you only have an hour to get your car washed. This is crazy!!!!

Do not waste your time going to the Red Carpet on Penn The service is some of the worse I have ever seen we had to redo our car when we got home 39 dollars wasted.

slowest service I have ever seen. unorganized. unconcerned. I can't say enough bad things about this. if I could take away starts, I would. I will never come back. in fact, iw would leave if i could get out.

It is sad to see an establishment such as Red Carpet go from one of the best available to the absolute worst in OKC. Where to start, staff are horrible and most of the time rude, the equipment is not maintained and inoperable in many cases likely damaging your cars finish. The location on Penn is deplorable. If you don't believe this review, ride through their tunnel wash and see for yourself! They advertise new unlimited wash service but not any two of their employees understand how it works so you will likely be overcharged. Although limited in OKC, there are better options.

I paid $64 for their best package. It took and hour and, when it was done, they hadn't cleaned the rubber back mat that I paid extra to have cleaned, they didn't clean the cup holders at all, there was still a large spot of bird dropping on my windshield, and my display hadn't even been wiped, much less cleaned. When I called them, the manager clearly couldn't care less. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Absolute garbage.

Paid 30.00 for a car wash windows were still dirty and they didn't even wipe out the cup holders which is part of the 30.00 wash ... still have dirt on a car I just paid 30.00 to wash besides the fact they shortened up there car wash by like 40 foot ... so wash is shorter and cars come out dirtier smh

I have been going here for years. I left Oklahoma for about three years and came back. The service is just as good as it has always been. You can't beat the value by car is always come back in excellent condition and clean.
