They were very busy when I was there. I noticed the whole staff being polite, courteous , respectful and efficient to every customer. They all seemed very knowledgeable in their work. I would definitely recommend this tag agency.

KIND, ATTENTIVE, & PROFESSIONAL. The Hispanic lady that attended me in my process of renewing my drivers license had the sweetest spirit and always smiled. I also witnessed her take care of other customers with calmness and peace. This was honestly the best experience at any rate agency that I've visited. In the past I have visited two in Bethany that I don't like, one on western and around 104th which was okay but far for me. I've also visited one on the south side which was too dim and not as friendly. If you're looking for a great Tag agency, this place is great.

I sent my spouse here a few months ago after checking every other tag agency within reasonable distance and having absolutely no luck getting an appointment. Places are booked out months in advance, and generally you have to pay to book it.I had booked an appointment (next day, seriously!!) for my spouse, but he said he really didn't even need it. I checked and found on their FB that they've just started doing appointments again, but Wednesdays are for walk-ins, and that was the day I needed.I went in earlier today, walked in at 11:17ish, filled out the form that I was immediately directed to (THANK YOU to the gentleman behind the DL counter today, 9/21, I appreciate clear and concise information), and discovered that I could wait in my car. As someone who is still pretty nervous about covid, I especially appreciated that.I was called shortly after, and was in the car sending my spouse a picture of my new temporary DL at 11:52. For those of you keeping track, that's approximately 35 minutes. THIRTY FIVE MINUTES. That's insane. These other tag shops can't handle twenty appointments in a day, and these people were taking twenty people at a time, no problems. They should be the gold standard, tbh, educating other agencies, because their system WORKS.I will have my new realid in hand soon, but dang, Red Cap, you know how to run this! I will 100% be returning and recommending this place to everyone else.

All I have to say is God bless this tag agency. I needed to renew my drivers license to a real ID and this location was one of the only ones I found that took walk-ins and the ONLY location I found to take walk-ins on Saturdays. Be sure to get there before 10 AM if you want to make the cut off. I got there 20 minutes after opening and waited for about an hour and 20 minutes. They have two machines so it goes a little faster than other tag agencies. You can also call and make appointments without having to come in and pay money just for an appointment slot - a rarity I have discovered on this journey. The workers were very cheery and nice also.

I give this place 5 stars because I received great customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and informed of the check in process since it was walk-ins Wednesday. I had the option to wait in my car and receive a call when it was my turn. While waiting outside, I called to check on my spot in line and the woman who answered was very kind. She informed me of how many people were ahead of me. When it was my turn, I had the pleasure of working with Brenda. She was very patient and welcoming. Holly was working beside her and greeted every single person that entered. She answered all questions patiently and still remained attentive to the person she was currently working with. The work ethic with both was awesome and I highly appreciate great, quality customer service!

A little while after my car got towed (100% my fault, not relevant to the review...) I managed to get it back. Every agency, business, or organization I had to deal with for this was unapologetically difficult at best, or rude and almost sadistic at worst. after finally being informed that my license plate had been almost purposely misplaced by the tow company, I set out to get a new one. I bothered Red Cap with about 6 different calls inquiring after minute details, and was received with patience and politeness each time. I completed what I could online, called Red Cap once more to ask them to hold my plate for pickup (instead of mailing it out), then made my way to the location expecting an hour or more wait followed by a list of requirements I was not told over the phone meaning at least one more trip to the tag agency on the next business day... Even though it was extremely busy, my number was called within ten minutes. I told the clerk what I needed, then they took my ID, examined it, and swiftly handed over a brand new license plate and registration. I stood there a moment, still in shock, waiting for the other shoe to drop - but they just wished me a nice day and that was it. How is it possible that the tag agency was the easiest part of my day?

I had to update the address on my drivers license and this was the only location that had appointments available. DPS/DMV added randomly that I was deaf. I was able to get it removed after sharing what happened while I was updating my license. I did not want to create any negative experience for the deaf community based on an error. Red Cap had friendly agents and prioritized appointments. With my appt i was able to expedite my process and was strangely out of a tag agency in 10 mins with paperwork, payment, and a new license on the way. This was a pleasant surprise and I have recommended family go to get their needs taken care of by this wonderful staff!!!!!!!

Oh my goodness I don't think I can say enough good things about my experience today! I waited a week after my license expired to get it renewed assuming I'd just do it online or walk in somewhere and it would be easy. Well online portal has been down (and I bet they don't even fix that). Then I walked into a place down the road and was quickly informed there are no places taking walk ins and I was basically dumb for thinking so. I called just about every place I could - some were even charging to hold a spot - and wasn't going to be able to get it renewed until it was well past the 30 day grace period. Then I came across this magical place. The woman on the phone was so incredibly kind and told me how to book online and understood my frustration with the whole thing. I walked into the place and all the staff were very nice and seemed to really like their jobs which is so rare anymore. It was incredibly quick and truly such an enjoyable experience! Seriously have never had so much fun getting my license renewed and so thankful to know kind people still exist!

They lock the doors at 5:30 I drove 20 minutes so I can register my car and I get off at 5. The website and voice mail all state 6pm.
