KNOWLEDGE OF BLACK MOLD IN THEIR PROPERTIES!STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! We attempted to move our family with 2 children ages 2 & 5 in on June 4th. The AC was not working. There was a flood in the kitchen; which they knew about because they covered it with a towel. The washer hookup was constantly trickling water on the floor. Moreover, someone had stuffed a hole in the wall with a paper towel and painted over it. The chimney was crumbling in on itself.This was only the beginning of our nightmare. When we brought the concerns to Property Manager Dathan Kennemer; he was extremely combative, unprofessional, and had zero interest in communicating when workers would be there. At one point, he had the audacity to tell us we were imagining the walls being wet. In which case, I went and purchased a moisture gun, proving to him there was 87% moisture levels in the walls. Dathan finally admitted he and the owner knew there were major issues. However, the owner instructed Dathan not to fix anything unless someone complains. We have invested well over $4,000 into this property in attempts to make it habitable for our children. They have refunded our security deposit. Although we have made it very clear to them numerous times how much mental and financial distress this has caused. Their response, "we aren't required to give you anything besides your deposit." All we asked for was our initial months rent. In my experience, this company is very unethical, unhelpful, and lackadaisical. I'd highly recommend NOT putting your family through the agony of dealing with these people.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Applied for property 1603 Cambridge Dr. In Norman OK on a Sunday. Got the application fee of $80 paid, only to be informed in less than 24 hours on Monday we were denied. Only to be informed later in the day that the property had been off the market since the Friday previous. A total scam job, any company that would take an application fee based on a property already leased apparently is straight up scummy and i would steer far clear from these people. Hope that $80 was worth it!

Responsive & reliable property management. Tanner was great to work with and provided updates on all accounts and tenants without having to ask, he kept me in the loop. Having just gotten done with a nightmare company with overpriced and vague charges, impossible to get ahold of, and too many doors - this is a breath of fresh air! They care about your property and your tenants, and do what you would do as an owner. Takes the hassle and worry out of owning property. They are responsible with your funds and want what's best for you as well as the tenant - I can't recommend them enough!

Dathan, knowingly rented a house with BLACK MOLD to a family with young children! Dathan refused to remove the mold stating "the owner doesn't have the money". With that being said, Real Property Management Resources refused to give us our money back. Tried working with them but they ultimately said they will NOT remove the mold. They hire illegals to do the work or act like they're doing work, if they bother to show up! We are out over $4,000 and simply asked for our deposit and 1st months rent. We had to find another place that is habitable for our children. Real Property Management Resources including Dathan has lied over and over again. Then, they ignore you and avoid contact of any sorts. Reached out to corporate to no avail.
