You know, I've used Randy's for about 10 years now but I can't help but notice the quality of service is going down. I have a car with a slow leak in one tire that I purchased from them that they can never seem to repair. And today I just noticed that 2 lug nuts were left off my front passenger side of my pickup the last time I was there a couple weeks ago. This is a place that specializes in tires, there is No excuse for this. I have a nice warranty on the car with the leaky tire so I will continue to let them service that vehicle until it needs new ones. Once I contact them about the nuts being gone from my pickup, I will go elsewhere from now on with it. I'm sure these guys will make this right with me, the manager is a very good guy. However this really scared me because when I go to a store specializing in tires I assume they will mount a wheel correct. Always inspect the work you receive, it could be a life or death issue.

Took my car in to have the front end checked due to some vibration. I was happy with how quickly they got to my car, but was surprised with the price quoted to me ($1,000). I agreed to the repairs at the quoted price and I was very pleased that the car was done within a couple hours. I give them a good rating for that, but there is more....The issue I have is how I was charged for the work... $165 per side that was repaired for a total of $330 for a few hours of labor? Wow! I would expect to pay $60-65 per hour for skilled labor and be charged $165 total! I feel like they overcharged me for labor, $100+ an hour is unbelievable.

Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.....fast turnaround and work done has been spot on...we have been to them multiple times with multiple cars and we have received exceptional service every time....both Randy and his service manager Jim have gone out of their way to make sure we receive quality service....the service counter support is Phyllis and she as well is always helpful and friendly ......

Have been doing business with Randy for about two years and have had good service until now. They towed a truck that would not start. And call to say they need to order a battery cable and would be a few days. Nobody called back, after a week went to check on truck they said it was fixed and the balance was $538.00 dollars. First they should give customers total cost before fixing the automobile. They charge . 185.00 for a battery cable and 129 for battery. Anyways will never do business with them again and told my family members all 15 of them do not go there. They do not care for the working man.

Wow! What great service! Traveling through and our trailer tires had started to "let go" during our cross country trip. Not only did they have the tires needed in stock but mounted and balanced them without us having to unload the trailer! In and out in 45 minutes with no appointment! Devin was very knowledgable and helpful!!

They scheduled our truck for 3:30 today to get an alignment and apparently put our name in their books for 2 so instead of helping my husband out they just said "sorry, nothing we can do for you", even though he drove all the way from Lawton to Shawnee to have it done, they apparently aren't very accommodating for their mistakes!
