I bought a 2020 Chev Equinox LT last Fed 28th 2020 at this dealership and was the worst mistake I made! They sold me a new vech which they new had a defect and failed to notify me before I sent 27k they are guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation non-disclosure. They do not like do deal with GM Reps or do warranty work. They will give you lame excuses as to why the defect is there and claim all cars have the same problem which is false. I would call and talk to them about the defect the next day the act like they never talked to me. I am still dealing the defective issue to try to get them to do the right thing and replace the defective part almost a year after I bought it! When they do talk to GM they lie and cannot get their story's straight.This place is a absolute joke and will not take care of their customers or potential customers instead will give you the runaround!I have warranty work dine at Hudiburg Chev in MWC, it is night and day between the two dealerships. Hudiburg will bend over backwards and go the extra mile for warranty work even though i did not buy from them.
