Ramsay's Kitchen

I enjoy the atmosphere at Ramsay's Kitchen. It is a really nice restaurant. It is great for a date night and had a great bar. I had the crab cake and felt it was very good. I enjoy the sauce that it comes with. I've had the scallops and also the New York strip as a main dish. I was not a fan of the scallops, I felt the did not have a lot of flavor and it didn't feel like and entire meal. The steak was really good but it wasn't anything special. The brussel sprouts are delicious and are some of my favorite sides of any upscale restaurant. The mashed potatoes are a puree and feels like baby food. I did not like them. I would not order it again. The truffle fries are really good. The waiters are attentive and have always provided excellent service. They are able to explain the menu and make recommendations. They are great servers.

So disappointing to go and find out they don't have a signature dish. The fish and chips!Makes me not want to go back for overpriced food!

I went in a great mood to celebrate my mother's 81st Birthday. I had an open mind on what to expect, and believe me, I am very open-minded. I mean we are going to Ramsay's Kitchen... We went in, greeted by a great staff and asked where we wanted to sit and then we sat down, and they were very accommodating because my mother was using a walker. Thank you... Then I saw the menu and was excited to see "Sticky Toffee Pudding" and "Lobster Rolls" on the menu , I have just picked my items.. My inner fat girl was like "YES". The waitress came up and seemed nice and introduced herself and let us know that they did NOT have the "Sticky Toffee Pudding" and "Lobster Roll"... I will say I was bummed and I had an expression like "For real?" or like "AWE..." . We joked, that I was JUST talking about that I wanted that dessert. Then she offered drinks. We would stick with water; then, we asked for a (Don't Judge) Dr. Pepper/Lemonade mix. She let us know she had Mr Pibb. I was like, great, my husband and I wanted that mix. After a little bit, she came back and said that Mr Pibb AND the Lemonade were out. Again, I was still in a joking mood and was like, are you serious? I'm out 4/4 menu items. Again, Laughing and not mad at all, I was joking with my husband and my mother, and I THOUGHT the waitress. She asked if we wanted to start with any starters, and I said, jokingly, "Since they are out of everything I ask for, do you think they can comp the sticky finger wings if they have it?" Well... that waitress never came back. ‍ The next server came and explained that she will be our server. . She approached with a smile, (I was confused why they switched waitresses because I did not understand that the first waitress was offended) We got a BOMB A&& Server. You talk about personality and top-notch service. We placed the food order:Fish & Chips - 5 StarCesar Salad - 4 StarHarvest Salad - 5 StarBeef Welly & Lobster - Welly 5 Star, Lobster 4 StarPotato Leek Soup - 5 StarJumbo Crab Cake - 5 StarSalmon - 5 StarBroccolini - 4 Star - Very spicyApple Blackberry Crumble - 5 StarEverything was great...Now, during the dinner part, the Manager had come up and came to check how the food was, and I proceeded to say it was great and loved it and was just taken aback at how earlier the waitresses switched, but I loved the one we have... HERE IS WHERE I FEEL LIKE I WAS BULLIED.... He decided to let me know that BOTH staff were excellent. He said that the previous waitress said, that I had said an offensive word earlier (which I did not recall saying) and she was offended. Mind you, I was joking earlier and hitting 4/4 because they had nothing that I was asking for. I was NEVER mad or upset; I was joking, and I used humor to communicate. But apparently, I must have said a bad word and offended the waitress. So he'd let me know that the waitress notified him that she was offended and did not want to wait on us. I assured him that I was joking and there was nothing said directly at her and it was in the context that the items I came in for were not on the menu and maybe I said the "S" word, but she said, I said the "F" word which, my table agreed I did NOT say. This is the reason why the staff was switched out and she felt uncomfortable. The Manager then told me I needed to be mindful and respectful of others. I felt he was talking down to us and his verbiage of saying "Hear at Ramsay's", WE DON'T.... Blah blah blah... (believe me WE as HUMAN'S DO...) So this deflated the whole ambiance of the entire birthday celebration. WAY TO GO MANAGER DUDE! Did you feel better? Mind you, everyone is not everyone's cup of tea, and we are all different types of people, and some of us dress differently, talk differently, and look differently. If I really, sat down and told everyone how much I was "Offended" by situations, I would be a very lonely person. Self care is important too!This review was to talk about how great the food and the server THAT We had were, but it was overshadowed by how I offended someone during my mom's 81st birthday and being scolded by the manager. I didn't talk about how the waitress was going to the front desk and discussing (what i can assume) the situation with the front desk people and then looking in our direction. I didn't discuss how the waitress went in the back kitchen to discuss with the manager, and they were laughing and then now that I'm aware of the situation, me thinking back and reflecting how possibly they could be laughing at me ,and me taking that personal. I didn't discuss the fact that every time she walked by with a smirk, that this is the whole reason she was smirking about. Because "WE" here at Ramsay's would never talk about a guest and make them feel uncomfortable. If you want a great place to eat, please visit here. Just be mindful and keep your table conversation down to a minimum.

I went with family during the holiday season - the interior was festive and the staff were very welcoming! Our meal was over $300. While the food was good, it didn't quite match the price tag. The ambiance of the restaurant was also a little underwhelming. Parker rolls - we heard a lot of hype about these, and while they were good they weren't anything special. Probably wouldn't order again. Beef Wellington - the best entree we had. The beef was super tender and flavorful, I'd order this again. The mashed potatoes on the side were good too. We actually ordered 2 for the table, and thank goodness we did because the portion is a bit small. Butter chicken - we were slightly unsure of this one but it exceeded our expectations! Very aromatic but not too heavy or strong in flavor, really enjoyed this dish. Shrimp and lobster spaghetti - flavor was alright, felt pretty oily. Very little lobster, slightly more shrimp. Overall l wouldn't order again. Truffle fries were pretty standard, nothing unique but we liked them!Overall, we enjoyed the meal and we'd come back!

This is my first experience at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and did not disappoint! I love how I could make a reservation online and I got seated right away when I arrived. Parking is plentiful and service is great. The food: we started with the Parker rolls which tasted like it came straight from heaven. Worth every penny! Then I had a bacon cheeseburger that was absolutely mouth watering. 10/10 recommend and I cannot wait till I can come back!

Giving four stars due to service being so great with Skylar we got seated quickly with a reservations on a Saturday at 2:30. The place wasn't packed they play music as well I liked that. Skylar was soo good and nice I had so many questions for her and she answered them all! I had the Rosè wine very tasty and sweet. We had the Parker rolls with the salted butter basic I also had the shrimp and lobster pasta the shrimp had seasoning but the pasta did not and I wish the portion was more. I think the truffle potato gratin could've used season too.

For me, you can't beat Ramsay's kitchen for English fish and chips. The bear battered haddock is fried to light golden brown crispy and the fish is tender and delicious. I'm not a fan of french fries but the chips that are served with the fish are fantastic crispy crunchy on the outside and smooth like a mashed potato inside. For me, a crabcake is a must have my happy and I split it. It's huge no filler just full of sweet delicious crab.I come here for the fish and chips and crabcakes. However, the menu is very limited and a bit pricey for their sandwiches and steaks.Love the casual upbeat, atmosphere friendly customer service.

Always a great dinner experience here. I love the food so much and the Valentines menu was no exception. The Brussels sprout side is super delicious too! The service was amazing as always. Super cozy ambiance.

Still can't seem to get tired of Ramsay's kitchen. It's the perfect all purpose place. Need good food? Ramsay'sNeed good vibes? Ramsay'sNeed swanky decor? Ramsay'sAnd even though they make a good cocktail, I'd really love if they would enhance their cocktail menu or at least offer some seasonal selections. Especially for a person who has managed to drink through the entire cocktail menu. Still great quality and still delicious bites!

Great service, and great food! My wife ordered a vanilla martini, and the head mixologist delivered it personally, to explain just how it had been prepared. Jeez, what a great drink.
