I am a Chinese driver. I speak English not too good. What I want to say about this shop's service is very bad! I had flat tire shut down on the road in Stroud, OK. I needed road service. I searched the nearest one on Yelp and called. It was a recorder. Few seconds later A man called me back with 405-659-6440. The conversation was ok in the beginning. But he turned when I did not tell my location clearly. Finally, he said" sorry! I can't help!". Then he hung me up quickly. I felt discriminated because I am not good to speak English? I would like to vote them a half star if yelp does have. And I prefer to choose famous truck repair shop because they monitor all calls.

R&M has always taken care of us as a company. Safety sticks, truck repairs, to on the road repairs. There aren't many mechanics you can trust but you can win these guys. I read these reviews from people that need help but believe that these guys are a charity. Everyone is in business to make money and time is money especially if you have employees... These guys are Fair, Honest & Get the job done.

Had a coolant leak on the back side of the engine. They miss diagnosed it. Said I needed my EGR cooler replaced. I also did had my EGR valve stuck. They quoted me $9,700 to repair. I called International and they gave me a quote of $8,700 but told me that you could pull the cover off the end to determine it was bad. Has 10 bolts to remove. They called back and said that my cooler was good but they had broken 5 of the 10 bolts so they would have to pull it off to get them drilled out. They took it to International where they had to remove the baffles to drill the bolts out. Pulling them out destroys them. That cost $3975.95. which had been included in the original quote. They notified me and said that they were having problems with rusty bolts and they had twisted off 6 more. Later the had notified me that the had broke my exhaust manifold trying to drill out a bolt. I supplied a used manifold.I also supplied the EGR valve $1,800 that was on the original quote. With the rebuilt cooler and valve off the original quote, that left less than $4,000 for labor and all the misc parts, oil and coolant etc needed to complete the misdiagnosed job. 90 days later I was notified that it was ready. They gave me an invoice of $13,947.83 which I had already bought the valve for $1,800 and also supplied a used exhaust manifold. Making a grand total of my cost $ 15,747.83. $6,000 over for broken bolts not stated that way on the invoice, only 76 hrs. Original labor for the whole job would have been less than $4,000. I wondered why they advertised on bill boards on the Interstates. $15,747.83 for a exterior water leak and EGR valve. Simple torch not torque would have taken care of most of the problems.
