This is a great company with professional built buildings. They are built,sold and delivered here in Oklahoma giving our states men jobs. They put out a fine product with many choices of colors and designs. They offer a 10 year workmanship and material warranty and stand behind their work.

This is a HORRIBLE company, Josh Buchanan (salesman) at this location is very dishonest and shady. I went to this business on 5/4/2023 and signed a contract for a storm shelter to be delivered and paid $400 down to what I thought was Biggs Storm Shelter, and come to find out today, he helped himself to charge my card $400, and the charge populates under his name, not under the name of the business as it should. I contacted him on Friday, 5/19, regarding canceling the storm shelter because I found a local company that is $1400 cheaper!! He has sent me screenshots from something he googled about how deposits are not refundable. It is also very unprofessional when it clearly states on the contract in his handwriting that it is a down payment. A downpayment is different than a deposit!!!! He stole my money and refused to give me my money back! I did not receive the storm shelter and have also already contacted Biggs Storm Shelter, and they informed me that they would receive payment once the shelter is installed, and in which I will not be charged because I have canceled the service. I also contacted his manager today, through this portable building facility, and he informed me that he was unaware that Josh worked for a storm shelter company and could not give me information due to not knowing Josh was a salesman for a storm shelter company. This whole situation has been a NIGHTMARE!! I have reported him for fraud and will never do business here again. I think everyone should know how dishonest he is. He will not answer my text/calls now due to me informing him that I know he ran my card under his own personal name and stole my money. He's a thief plain and simple.

This is a great company with quality products. Hands down the best warranty out there. I can't say enough about their professionalism, and extensive product line! I highly recommend them!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I've never had such a terrible experience with any company ever. They made promises they didn't keep (about how the shed would be priced). They FORGED MY SIGNATURE on the sales contract. They did not keep their installation schedule in the slightest - there were delays after delays. They installed the shed incorrectly, and - even though they made offers to help correct it - they never came through with assistance, which meant I had to spend additional money to have a contractor fix their mistakes. They would not provide any discount, even though the sales manager said they took "full responsibility" for the incorrect installation. This is a shady operation from sales, to sales management, to billing, to customer service. No one, except for the installer, was the slightest bit professional. To add insult to injury, the shed they installed LEAKS like a sieve, so I am having to spend even more money fixing even more of their mistakes and shoddy work. QB installed a literal piece of garbage on my property and took no responsibility for it at all. Please save yourself the headaches and RUN from this business!
