The water of off at least once a week. When they come in a spray or do any kind of maintenance they leave lights on. They have about 3-4 people with them. And they touch your things. They left my lights on for at least 5 hours while I was at work. When I called to ask them why is it still on or can they turn it off. They blew me off, and told me they would send someone to turn off the lights. Hours later when I got home the lights were still on. The walls are paper thin. I can hear what the person under me is doing. Ive only been this apartment for about 6 months. And I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE! Choose another complex this one has a lot of work to do.

my heater was broke last winter 2022 and still broke 2023. gas people and the maintenance man said that the heaters in these apartments needs to be replaced. the water is always off for emergencies. but there be no emergency. i would put in a maintenance request and they will email me back saying they fixed it, but never did. when i signed my lease in 2022, they knew i got paid on the 15th of every month. they was cool until october 2023 came and they wanted the rent on the first. if it was a problem, y ask me to sign another lease. maintenance is so damn lazy and all the office want is money. my rent was 825 but in reality i was paying 1200/month for a two bedroom. i can understand $50 late fee but other unnecessary charges is ridiculous. the internet is always down. dojo is not no good. couldnt keep cox. yhe only good thing i have ro say is braxton is the best

i would not recommend these apartments i have been here for 2 year because i love my kids school but i have had nothing but problems from my apartments from flooding to couples out side fighting police being called tenants being stabbed and there is never anything anyone can do they look nice but the apartment need a real update not cover up's it has caused damage to my property when the insurance they require me to have does not cover any of my items.

FUCK THAT RAGGEDY ASS BITCH HOPE ! IF I COULD GIVE NO REVIEW I WOULD. DO NOT MOVE HERE BECAUSE I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT. The Property manager Hope is rude and not helpful. They are false advertising everything on the website. They say renovated apartments and stainless steel but you will not get any of that. There's not enough parking for everybody and there is trash everywhere. Be prepared for your toilet to flood so many times. Again FUCK THAT BITCH HOPE !!!!!! If

Roaches everywhere, lazy leasing office, terrible maintenance men, wouldn't suggest moving here. The prices have sky rocketed as well.

These people are awful. I've been hit with numerous and ridiculous fees. The Manager, and Assistant manager are rude and lie about when payments are due so they can hit you with even more fees. The apartments are loud and on the bottom floor I'm subject to flooding which they haven't done anything about. I'm buying my lease out and I fully recommend that no one ever move here.
