Bathroom really dated and shower insert paint peeling.
Outlet and patio light non-operational
Landscaping is minimal. Stairs get icy in winter if facing north.

Renter Beware. Upon move-in I had to turn in several maintenance requests. Some requests were not fulfilled. The apartment was clean but has very old appliances that don't work well. People trash the common areas. People do not pick up after their dogs. There are some tenants who have aggressive dogs. The pool had to be closed a lot due to people trashing the area. The areas around the apartments are just dirt and rocks. The gym equipment is old, broken and dangerous. The traffic is really congested. I have had good neighbors though, on the bright side. For the price, it is what it is. The staff has been respectful. I no longer live here mainly because of the traffic road noise and I want a more aesthetic living space.

I've had issues with other apartments whether it be trying to schedule a tour, navigating through the website, as well as not getting questions answered regarding my application. However Lacey went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered, helped me navigate through the website. Very informative and so helpful.

I recently moved in at the start of this month and so far have had no serious issues. When I first moved in there was a few minor maintenance problems, but after submitting a maintenance request they came by a day or two later and fixed all of my requests. As far as the staff goes the office ladies Ski and Lacey are very nice and friendly. They always have a friendly face and are helping in whatever matter you need to be solved. The main maintenance guy is always seen working on either apartments upkeep or facilities and is also a really friendly guy. I had noticed I didn't have a light fixture in my bathroom and I brought it up to him and he fixed it the day before Christmas Eve (23rd) now that's good service. I would fully recommend this apartment complex they even have a great overnight security patrol that is there to assist issues on the property.

When I moved out I took pictures and had everything cleaned. All of the sudden I am being accused of property damage for $500.00 to replace a shattered back sliding patio door. Absolute joke! Now we have to go to court to fight this. They so charged like $1000 for cleaning. These people will ton you and try to smile on your face.

Listen to me and listen well. HEED MY WARNING DO NOT RENT an apartment at this place if their property manager Lacey is still working there. Why may you ask? Well to let me tell you. Yes, the apartment is spacious, great location, with great school district and yes it was nice to have my washer and dryer there and not just a connection. All great things that I thought would make me happy living in this apartment. Every time I asked for maintenance it was an issue come to fix my things. When I asked for something to be fixed, I would ask if it could be done between the hours that my child goes to school (8-4 PM), they would always come after, and my child would be at home so they wouldn't be able to fix the problem. This happed many of times. I would speak to the property manager on many different occasions, and it was always an argument. One time I asked her to fix something, and she explained that my child was skipping school and so she could not enter the premises because she was there. Mind you I have cameras in my place and could tell you without a shadow of my child was not there until she got out of school. When it was time to renew my lease, I was given a 30-day notice to vacate the property. Never was I late on rent and NEVER had I had a complaint from another neighbor. When I asked about why I couldn't renew I was told "that they didn't have to give me a reason!" I understood but it put me a in tough spot. I honestly think it was done because I wasn't like by the property manager. On top of all the problems that I had with Maintenace it was always a dirty area with target carts everywhere, a ripped up American Flag and dog poop and trash everywhere. With all that being said there are other places to live that you don't have to deal with a horrible property manager. Don't do it!!!!!!!

I've lived here for a year now I guess I really don't understand some of these reviews. Some of the people who live are sketchy people but I haven't had a problem with anyone. I live in the back and I just mind my own business. There is never any traffic for me and there's always parking spots open for me. All of my problems have been resolved the day of or the next day. The only problem is I do agree that they are very dated but you get what you pay for. Definitely livable!

The pictures of the complex were taken years ago. It looks nothing like that now. The gates are always open, so drive through and take a look before you commit. The property manager Lacey is a vindictive POS. I rented a one bedroom apartment there and moved in to 4 people living in the apartment above me. When I brought it to Lacey's attention, she accused me of lying. Seriously, drive through and look at the cesspool that she has created.

Quail Lakes has been more than a great experience so far. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful and their whole complex always seems to be clean and up to par. I am moving in this weekend and am so excited to be a part of this community

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. Actually the WORST apartments to live in, I don't even know where to start. We had roaches ALL the time. It felt like everything in the apartment broke when we lived there. The microwave door handle, the sliding doors in the bedroom came off the rails (never fixed up until we moved out), the garbage disposal was broken when we moved in, the faucet on the sink flew off while I was washing dishes (lol). Even our front door was broken for about a week and we had to go through the back door every time we left/came home. Our apartment flooded at 1:00 am and we called maintenance and they didn't show up until an hour later so we ended up having to call the fire department. There is dog poop everywhere you walk and SO MANY fleas. I have never seen so many fleas on my dog and it ended up infesting our apartment, as i'm sure every other dog owner in this complex. Trash everywhere in parking lots and shattered glass on the sidewalks. At one point, there was a man that lived in the complex and I assume he was on some type of drug. He came up to me and accused me of being part of the KKK and that he could see deep in to my soul. (It was actually terrifying as I was alone and i'm a younger woman.) He ended up getting arrested because he was harassing people in the complex and even at Target. Our electricity went off for 24 hours for no reason and they still charged us for electricity and we had to throw everything in our fridge out. Our electricity bill was always over $350 which is NOT normal. The management was terrible and never accommodating. The only "decent" part about it was one older gentleman on the maintenance team. He was very friendly and worked very hard. The list of all the things that went wrong or things that were broken could go ON and ON, I didn't even list half of them. Please never ever rent here.

PLEASE READ!! BEWARE!!! don't live here or even think about moving here. the appliances are super old, the roof is caving in, & they have the worst mice infestation to ever exist. since february, i have caught a total of 14 mice & mind you, there were more that WERENT CAUGHT that were in my apartment. i found feces all over my clothes in my drawers, inside of my stove, & all over my bathroom cabinets. when i told quail lakes about the first mouse, their response was to give me 3 super cheap mouse traps. they didn't offer to spray my apartment (my apartment had only been sprayed once prior to this) & i was told that "i live by the pond, there's nothing we can really do". i was going to move out but i was told that i could move units. i was originally hesitant because the units offered were right by the pond. i then asked to downsized from a 2x2 to a 2x1 & was shown it. you would think if i was having severe problems, they would move me with no problems without demanding money upfront & some sort of leniency, but then the unit was given away to someone else. i did not pay my rent (because of covid) but also, why would i if i've been tortured with pests the past 5 months?? i've had to literally go buy my own spray & my own traps because these people are incompetent & didn't take my worries seriously. i was told that i was the only person having these issues, then i was told when the grass is cut, people call in for about a week complaining about seeing mice. i asked pest control (when they did decide to show up) if my neighbors were having issues as well. i was told no. i took it upon my self to ask my brights & low & behold, they told me that they have the same issue but they also found a snake skin under their fridge. when brought up, i was told by the office that the snake was following the mice. why on God's good green earth would i wanna hear that. long story short, i'm allowed out of my lease, i'm catching up what i owe, & i am moving & i will never ever look back. please don't live here, you will be miserable!!!!
