Puppy Love

Took my little 6lb yorkie in for a little cut. She seemed to have a great time and her cut was great. It's hard to find someone who knows what they are doing. I'll be coming back any time my puppy needs some love. Everyone is always nice and excited to see my friendly pup.

I can't say enough positive things about puppy love. I took our two year old doodle here and they did a fabulous job! He had previously been traumatized at another grooming salon. The staff at puppy love was wonderful with him. They went above and beyond to make sure he not only looked great but he was also comfortable. We will definitely be back!

I am so upset that I have to give this place only 2 stars. I believe in supporting the small businesses, but I was appalled by my last appointment with Puppy Love. I had 4 appointments for a dog bath and the women was extremely friendly, but it was a great disappointment when I tried to schedule the 5th appointment. The women was rude and was condescending. I still made the appointment, but later called back to cancel the appointment. I told the gentleman that the women was rude and felt that if she was rude to me then I wasn't sure how she was going to treat my dog. He said "Ok, do you want to cancel the appointment?". Not the reaction that I was looking for. He didn't even seem to care. Not a good way to run a business. I give this place 2 stars only because the first 4 appointments was good.

I have never been able to kennel my rescue, or leave her at the vet or groomer. If she is kenneled, she will scrape off the top of her nose in an attempt to get out. The owner and her staff are just amazing - they gave Ethie time to become comfortable and get acclimated to them and the environment. Cost was reasonable too! Sooo glad to finally have a groomer that understands and truly cares about the experience for my dog! Their custom approach to working with my rescue definitely merits five stars!!!
