Puckett’s Collision Center

I have had a couple vehicles in to Pucketts in the past. They are always polite and helpful when I have questions. They worked with my insurance and got everything fixed. Hopefully won't need them again but if I do I will call them!

Pucketts does a really nice job, and the company is family owned. You know if a local business has been around for generations, that they do good work. I highly recommend them for any of your unfortunate events. They've done a wonderful job on my 16 year old's car, on multiple occasions.

We are new to the area and had a slight accident. The gentleman who hit my car recommended Puckett's collision center. They were great, friendly and ever so accommodating. Hope we don't need their services anytime soon. But I will definitely come here for anything we may need.

We have used this shop for over forty years. Best body shop in Edmond! We know an auto dealership owner who uses them instead of his company body shop on personal high dollar cars. Fourth generation ownership customer service is excellent!

Keri and Johnny really made the experience! They were so friendly and so helpful when attending to us. I went in to get an estimate for a scratch on my car and received a good price. I will definitely come back for future repairs. Thank you Puckett's!!

IF THERE WAS A NO STAR I WOULD... My GF went up here and she just needed a new side mirror replacement. Keep in mind we only asked for an estimate too and he cuts it off hands it too her and said he would glue it back on instead of actually putting it on correctly to where she can adjust it. The estimate was $500+...you think she's that oblivious because for a new mirror itself it's only $150... Anyways good luck for anyone else got it done somewhere else for only 300 and got it done CORRECTLY.

I had been sideswiped and needed my front right fender and bumper fixed. I had never needed an auto repair service before so asked around and fortunately they recommended Puckett's. He did a stellar job and even detailed my car so it looked showroom new! I Highly recommend them for anything you need. They are also very friendly.

We've taken our cars to Puckett's since I was a little girl. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Both John and B.J. did a fantastic job and always made sure we were 100% satisfied. Now I've had the pleasure of taking my car to Johnny. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. He took excellent care of my car as well as kept me in the loop about the insurance company and parts. When I picked up my car, I was so surprised to receive it back fully detailed inside and out. Going the extra mile means a lot to me. I guarantee you won't find that type of family friendly customer service anywhere else.
