Second time I have bought ice cream and it has been refrozen and has freezer burn and caking! YUCK

I love this grocery store! Always in and out and never have to wait in a line like you do at walmart. I also recieved amazing customer service from Dylan. He is very sweet and kind and wants whats best for the customer.

Ordered a 5" Double layer smash cake for my one yr olds birthday photoshoot. Completely disappointed and upset at the quality and customer service. Upon pickup, I opened the box to take a look at the cake. Oversized strawberries had fallen off the cake because they were placed on the edge with whipped icing. But what was most upsetting is that the strawberries were rotten. I asked for the cake to be fixed. They were willing to place the strawberries back on top off the cake, but did not offer to replace with fresh fruit. The manager was asked to come to the counter. She arrived and stated the cake was made just the day before. I didn't doubt that, but expressed it was unacceptable to deliver rotten fruit to a child. She offered five dollars off the cake! At this point I accepted and chose to fix the cake myself at home.
