I can't say enough good things about this company. We have had some major problems and they help us out so kindly and fairly every time. They always go out of their way to make it to the house within the same day, I'm sure they might have a day when they couldn't but all three times they've worked us in. The service men are so nice. I love this company.

Very happy with my new carrier system.The crew did a fantastic job with the installation.Ernie Prudhom did a great job explaining and showing me the best system for my home. He also completed the ONG rebate application for me that saved me additional money off of the price.Highly recommended company and carrier product.

Bad response time, needed to change out a breaker. I was told they would be back first thing in the am.. it's 35 degrees, house has no heat.. its 4:45 and haven't heard back nor seen anyone.

I would absolutely recommend Prudohm Heat & Air to anyone. They provide great service at a very fair price. A point that always stands out to me is the professional character of the service tech (Eric T.) that we typically deal with. He genuinely wants to make sure I understand what is being done and has no intention of trying to charge/sell me anything I don't need. It is a great relief to know if you need one you don't have to ask friends for recommendations or read reviews because you already "got a heat and air guy"!

This is a great company! Eric used his terrific problem solving abilities to chase down a broken wire in a very unlikely place. He saved us a bunch of money by taking the time to do critical thinking about what might be causing our furnace not to work. Thank you, Prudhom, and Eric!
