We host our monthly networking meetings here, and the staff is always so helpful and professional. I always get the matcha lemonade, and it's one of the best I've had. Made fresh, and you can tell. This place had such a great ambiance, with tables, couches, and comfortable chairs to sit in, to enjoy your coffee or pastry. If you are in NW OKC, you should stop by and support this small business.

Provision is an okay coffee and bakery shop, serving the usual coffee and bake goods. The presentation of the coffees is lacking on this particular visit, not entirely sure if this is just an off day. We had no idea what they were trying to draw, a leaf? A flower? A heart? The arrangements of the shop itself is really basic. It needs either unique decorations or something to make it stand out. Nevertheless, I was not impressed. The coffee tastes good though and the dessert is also good. This is the shop's saving grace.

I went for the Canadian cold brew and it was nice and creamy with a caffeine kick. Friends got a regular cold brew with cream. Nice place to hang out!

Formerly known as Higher Grounds, you'll find that not a lot has changed. The bakery items are seemingly identical, and the prices seem comparable as well. The only thing that seems to have changed with the new ownership is the fact that their espresso has gotten better. Not that it was bad before, but now it's really consistent (we have bought lattes 6+ times since the name change). I overheard one particularly chatty barista talking about how they try to be within 0.2 grams, as far as beans in and espresso out. That level of persnickety-ness when it comes to lattes is appreciated. The chairs are still awful. In that sense, this place is trying to stay faithful to the old coffee shop. Summary: friendly folks, good espresso, reasonable prices, decent bakery items, terrible chairs. The only thing that seems to have changed is the name.Edit: oh waiiittt! There is one major change. They're now open on Sundays.

Food didn't seem to be fresh. Everything was cold when purchased- sausage biscuit, quiche and breakfast burrito. Just curious when it was prepared as I was there early in the morning.

We found this place about two months ago and it's our go-to every Saturday morning. The cold brew is chocolatey and delicious with no bitter aftertaste. My wife raves about their seasonal lattés as well.We both get the ham and cheese danish and it is amazing. I don't know what's in it, but I could use the recipe...Overall, we are very pleased with this establishment!

When we moved here a year ago, we spotted this darling spot and put it on our "some time" list. We waited too long! My husband loved the ham and cheese danish; with a special call out to "whatever magical cheese this is". The lemon bars were the best I have ever had!!! Honestly, I thought I might swoon!!! The snickerdoodles were delish, and the magic bars may or may not have had peanut butter. The chocolate chip and toffee cookie was really thin and crispy - and that's not what I look for in a cookie. We aren't coffee drinkers, but the menu looks like it would be a big draw. Oh - icing on the day? There is a drive thu too :0)

I've been coming to Provision, formerly Higher Grounds Coffee Shoppe, since it opened. I actually used to be a barista there during the first couple years. I live in the area and go every so often, and I'm always disappointed. The quality overall has just really declined since transferring owners. There was still Christmas decor up this week, in February. It is really lacking in the personality and the 'vibe' it once had. Random glitter signs that say 'believe' on an otherwise empty shelf. Pastries aren't labeled in the pastry case. I asked the barista working if one of the unlabeled items was lemon poppyseed and she shrugged and said 'Maybe?'. I'm severely disappointed to see a place that used to have such high standards (that I was part of building) turn into what it has. I'm so sad that this quality of service and environment has become the norm for my visits here, and I think I came for the last time.

Not sure what is going on w this business. It's the little things. Sometimes it's freezing cold inside. Sometimes the restroom isn't working. The music is polarizing or the lights aren't sufficient to read. For a time they were out of palatable coffee (!?), and along with that a few of the baristas spend their time texting. One in particular acts as if she can't be bothered to give you the time of day.I've been coming there for some time and it wasn't always this way. Food is ok, no issues there. But with all the places one can go for wifi and a cuppa joe, this place needs to pull their act up or people will just move along to another spot.
