I bought my riding lawn mower from them in 2018 a Cub Cadet. The lawn mower has been great until now. So I took it in for service. They had it for a month and said all was wrong with it was the carburetor. I paid $250.00 and took it home. I mowed For about 15 or 20 minutes and it got hot and quit. I called Pro Power to tell them and was on hold for 30 minutes. I finally just drove up there. I talked to the owner Glenn and he assured me he would get the mower in and get it fixed. They had the mower for 2 weeks and hadn't even started working on it. I went and got the mower and I told them I was taking it somewhere else. they were rude and would hardly speak. No customer service at all. Will not be back

I ordered a grass deflector for a black max mower. Wrong one was sent. It was so far off in size that it did not even come close to fitting on. So I emailed them about how to return the $12.54 piece of equipment that cast me $11.95 in shipping costs. No answer for email #1, #2 or #3. I would not do business with these folks over a long distance. If you are local in town perhaps but they do not respond if you are not there in person. Do waste your money, use a reputable source.

service on lawnmower purchased there and sears gas lawn edger. after bringing them it home nether had been serviced. mower still surges and edger barely runs. Talked to the owner who was angry about something. My guess he was unhappy that they were brought in the spring instead of over winter.

I dropped off a mower to get the blade sharpened and the associate stated they would have it by the end of the week. Fast forward four weeks later and it still had not been completed and no one had reached out regarding the delay.Came by a month and a week later and was told it would it would be sharpened next that day. I had to leave the store and said I would come back the next day. Turns out the mechanic had some personal problem the moment I left the store. Now, I'm an understanding person and know that things happen. All they had to do was give a call to let me know.I show up to today and was given a number of excuses as to why it wasn't sharpened yet. The mechanic tried to argue with me about why it wasn't completed when I decided to just take the mower back. Half-hearted apologies fell short, guys.Just basic customer service would have easily solved the issue.

I've known a couple people who worked there. One just turned in his two week notice as he found a higher paying job with an unrelated company and business. They do not pay much. They just let him go without even finishing out even a week and it is not a competitor's company which I could understand if it was something along those lines. I will never step in this place of business again. Very unprofessional and kind of consistent with their treatment of a lot of their employees. They would have cried like babies if he hadn't given them, any notice.

I dropped a chainsaw off for repair the week of the ice storm in Oct 2020. I called weekly to check the status & was always told that someone was working on it. When I called them on 11/16, they said it was ready to be picked up. When I got home with the chainsaw, my husband attempted to start it, & it wouldn't start. He took it back on 11/19. We called a minimum of once a week to check the status. Most days we had to call multiple times because nobody would answer the phone. He went into the store three times to see if it was finished & was always told that someone was working on it. Finally, on 12/16, he went & picked it up - & it wasn't working. It sat there for 2 months & nobody had attempted to repair it. I would not recommend this company. They had very poor communication & were constantly making excuses as to why it hadn't been repaired.

Worst experience in a long, LONG time. Parts ordered 6-12-17. Phone call they were in 6-22-17. Go to pick up parts on 6-23-17. They spend almost an hour hunting for one of the parts! Want to refund me for that part but can not get their computer to do the refund on credit card! Start to give me cash, then want to recharge me for the entire order I paid entirely for on 6-12-17. Well over an hour now in the process. Not sure if they have charged me on my credit card 2 times or not! Ask about missing part????? REORDER PLEASE--- and they just look at me like I was from Mars. Talked to manager and all he can do is defend the dopes at the counter. STAY AWAY FROM THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
