This daycare is one of the best that my children have ever been to. I have been going to this daycare for 6 years with 2 kids. The staff is great and work a great curriculum. Also they adjust to my youngest dietary needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Hello, ex-employee here! I recently quit my job at Primrose and I want to share why. First, I LOVED the kids I worked with. They were amazing. And I seriously wish the best for the future of Primrose. BUT...there are definitely some problems going on for employees. After I gave my two week notice, I tried to set up a meeting with the director to talk about these issues. However, that did not happen because they immediately pulled me into the office to yell at me for even suggesting such a meeting. Then they proceeded to kick me out before my two weeks was over. And to make it worse, they cut my pay to $7.25 for the last two weeks I was there. Since I did not have a chance to tell them what any of the problems were, I decided to write a letter to explain. Here is some of that letter....1. Employees are not compensated enough. 2. No sick days and bare minimum vacation. This causes extreme burnout. And when we do call out sick, we are often met with judgement and negative comments from the administration to make us feel guilty for calling out. 3. No insurance 4. Half of employees are not allowed a lunch break. 5. No food or drink allowed in classroom. (How do employees survive without break or food?) There is also no place to store food. And no microwave to warm food up. 6. Administrators show too much favoritism. 7. Administrators are disrespectful8. Administrators shift blame9. Administrators do not care about employee's health, safety, or well-being.

Horrible management! Fraud staffs! This school claimed they refunded my registration fee and the check they returned was cashed. We never received any check from them.And the school CAN NOT provide or WILL NOT provide any proof (not any cashed date or the check's image). I have asked to talk with whoever is in charge via phone, walk in, email for OVER A YEAR, and still can't get any response！I can't imagine why any parents would trust them or leave their kids to them. Clearly Primrose Edmond are not doing anything about their responsibilities. I highly doubt that if your kids have any emergency they will call you immediately!!!

Kids went here for a little while but the manager/owner (Sharon Tate) was a complete @;(. Had to find an alternative daycare after multiple and repeated complaints about my kids coming home covered in bite marks went unanswered, the last two times drawing blood and turning purple. Owner became aggressive upon last complaint, very unprofessional. I would never recommend this location to anyone, ever.6/14/17 - Sharon Tate Sent a message that my kids did not attend and told me I had no problems. Sharon's continued denial of poor service and care illustrates the organizations loose accountability of franchisees. My review stands as is, and I will not recommend Primrose to any responsible parent.

Horrible horrible place. Mental abuse. Starvation. My biggest regret as a parent was sending my child here. Don't let the price tag fool you into thinking this is an appropriate environment for your child. We are in a small school now. So much better. He is happy and learning. But still has panic attacks on what went on from "that other school". Absolutely furious, I felt it was just best to remove him and not confront them. But I warn you to investigate yourself.

I am blown away every day by this incredible school!! It's almost too good to be true. Every person I have ever spoken to at the school has been so kind and they truly love the kids. I could not be happier!
