After Auto Glass Now had us drive all the way to the city at 8am just to not have our glass in stock, Primos got us in same day, for cheaper with window tint too. It only took about an hour, thanks so much Primos!

So after looking at every glass carrier in the state, I finally found a windshield for my 1970 Oldsmobile Delta 88 at Primos Auto Glass on NW 23rd Street in Oklahoma City. Buyers Beware that this is the type of work you can expect from them. I called probably 8 times to verify the condition of the glass to finally be told that I would have to come up in person for them to even pull it from the warehouse.. okay, not a problem. I drove to Oklahoma City from Calumet and upon arrival was told that I would have to wait an hour and a half for them to get back with the windshield. I was also informed that due to the limited availability of the glass that they wouldn't begin the prep work on the car until the new windshield was back and inspected. Alrighty... I guess I now have nothing to do today but sit up here and wait, So be it. After a much longer wait time than originally anticipated the glass finally gets there and surprisingly it's the right one and has everything I need for an original OEM look. I'm excited and tell them to proceed with the repair only to be told that I would have to come back tomorrow to complete the repair since it was closing time and the vehicle hasn't been started yet. What? WooSah... it is what it is. I'll just drop it off on my way to work tomorrow since today was my only day off and I guess just call me when it's done. I drop it off and receive absolutely no update until I get the call that it's finished. I pickup my car and I pay my bill, nothing was said to me outside of what I was being charged for and how much was due. I see that they have taped the windshield off, interesting since the chrome should clip back into place and hold the windshield... but not an issue. I go home and I wait to pull to tape off as instructed to discover that my wrap has been cut on both pillars on either side of my windshield and before you ask... yes I checked the tape and no it isn't there. Great!! Now this not so cheap wrap is absolutely trash, I can live with it and I can fix it.. Hell I can even fix the antenna wire they just cut to take out the old windshield and decided that they were not going to reconnect whatsoever. I will tell you what I can't fix though and that is the fact that I have the Nile flowing through my windshield. I was assured over and over that they knew how to install the windshield and was given a guarantee that it wouldn't leak, when I called to address the issue I was told that I would have to bring the car in again on another day off for them to "Look at it and see if they can fix it". When asked anything about the installation I was met with " I don't know Sir, I will have to ask the technician". I'm honestly at a loss for words and am willing to take any advice I can get at this point, however I find it important to share my experience so hopefully I can save someone else the heartache.

I'm very dissatisfied with this install it took a very long time to get done as well as a completely shitty job done I spent too much money for this inconvenience I have had issues before on other vehicles I do not recommend anyone go to this location on NW 23RD they also don't mind taking pride in there shitty work as well

Great service and fast too!! Had them replace my windshield (that nobody else had in stock) within 20 minutes of my arrival!! Great people and they are true to their price quotes! Didn't pay a penny more than the phone estimate!! They are kind, friendly, and extremely helpful! I will always be taking my business to them and they were close to $100 cheaper than the competition! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!!

They sold me a chipped windshield went back to get it replaced and they told me it would be 2 hr waiting period ended up waiting over 4 hours, recommend if you get your glass replaced check everything and clear your whole day because they are not reliable with there time and will make you wait 2x if not 3x the time they say it takes

Called before I came, the woman at the front quoted me $180. I showed up expecting to pay 180. First she tells me it's now going to be $280. I asked to speak with someone else, she proceeded to get her boss. They both returned, her with a smug grin. He basically told me there was nothing he could do. She interrupted in Spanish not thinking I would understand "it's her own dumbass fault". These people are rude, disrespectful, liars and racist. I do NOT recommend getting anything done by these people!!!

I went to this place yesterday to see about having my car windows tinted and removed the old tint I asked for a price and how long it would take I was told that it would be $200.00 and it would take 3 hours to be finished after two and half hours I called and was told that they were having trouble taking the old tint off and it would be another hour and half for it to be finished two and half hours later I had someone drive me there I asked the girl in the front office about my car and was told that They were cleaning it so I paid and waited for my car. Then I got my car and saw everything I had on the driver's door they Head thrown everything on the floor when I left I realized that they had not put the tint in the front as a Visor went back and asked for a refund for it and that girl did not even offer an apology, very low class people working there , it figures.
