It's a nice place but unless you want a salesman up your butt the whole time you can't shop. Trailers are all locked.

We were passing through when we realized the tail lights on our tow car did not work. The staff at prestige RV worked until they figured out the problem. They were helpful ,they worked hard and though it took longer than we would all like they found the problem and corrected it. They let us know their rate up front and there were no hidden costs .We can now resume our trip knowing everything is working. We very much recommend service at this center.

Bought a camper here, 2012 shamrock. They had a 3 day check to fix everything that was wrong with it. Nothing was fixed. Like the Radio, water pump, loose cabinet fixtures, and lights, and no key to the door. The people who were suppose to fix it was apparently on break at the casino when we came to check on the progress. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

Our refrigerator door hinge broke in the RV. Called two other places who said they had the hinge; drove 40 miles to pick it up only to find they had door handles not door hinges. It would take a week to order hinges. Called and spoke to Lisa on a Saturday she researched found the hinges ordered them and we picked them up on Monday. Customer set is was impeccable! Thanks Lisa

I would have given a 5 star, but the service department is terrible about returning phone calls. We had our RV in for issues with our refrigerator and a water leak. They did a excellent job on the refrigerator. I lost my computer I placed in the area of the previous leak. I called service to ask about bringing the RV back in a week ago. I still have not received a call. They are a reputable RV Center. But do not return phone calls. We will see if the promised call will be returned this week.

The salesman made a promise that was not fulfilled in telling me that they would only send an application to Tinker Federal Credit Union. The woman in financing lied right to my face. I was told that they were only sending a loan application to Tinker Federal Credit Union, per my request, and was surprised to see that the lender was Medallion Bank upon us going through the signing process. I should have walked at that point, so it is my fault that I continued to go through with the process, however it is absolutely never okay to lie and is a bad reflection in my opinion on the business. I asked Sharee why the loan was not through Tinker and she told me that they denied me. I called tinker a week later and found out that there was never an application sent to them.

Wow, these guys are great. My wife and I were passing through the area on our way out west. We stopped to get gas and discovered the latch on the main door to the camper had broken off and jammed the door shut. I'm a pretty handy guy and endeavored to take the lock apart to free the door. Nothing doing. Could not get it opened to save my life.We googled RV repair near us and found Prestige just up the road from us. My wife called and explained our problem. Kyle told us to come on down and he'd take a look right away.Let me tell you, this was no easy door to get opened. He and Brett (I believe that was his name) were undaunted and wouldn't give up until they got it free. We then had the the issue of replacing the DOT style latch, which they don't keep in stock. Kyle thought he might have had an old one on another trailer and went to check. As luck would have it, after digging around in the back, he found one that had apparently been special ordered at some time but never used.And just like that we were put back together good as new. The part wasn't exactly cheap (not their fault...I've confirmed the price online), but Kyle didn't charge me for his time and labor figuring out how to open our darned door.Nice folks, totally honest vibe, clean shop. 5 stars all the way.
