Premium Car Chauffeured Services

I made my reservation a week in advance and notified them I'd be traveling to the airport with an infant, which they said was not a problem. They sent me a confirmation email and text. About 40 minutes before I was scheduled to be picked up, I received a text stating my driver had been dispatched (which was clearly an automated message meaning nothing as you will soon figure out). 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time I called the company to find out where the driver was and they informed me the driver was never contacted and they couldn't get anyone to me in time for me to make my flight. As nice as they were on the phone, I just couldn't believe they left me in that situation. I called an uber driver that was close by and got to the airport at half the price this company charges. I plan to warn others of this terrible company and recommend uber from now on.

Had a great drive from a downtown hotel to the airport. So much nicer and more comfortable than a taxi. Nathan arrived within 2 minutes, his car was clean, comfortable, and he was exceptionally friendly.I would call Premium Car any time I'm in OKC!
