This was my first trip to OKC. I was recommended to stay here from a co-worker. Overall I will not stay with this company again. I may consider staying at the Anatole but I recommend calling the front office and get a list of the other companies that offer the furnished apartments. Pro's: 1) Very close to MMAC 2) Nice complex Con's: 1) Parking is limited. After my first day of class I had to park 1/4 mile away from my unit. Management seemed surprised when I told them I had this issue. The solution was I had to pay $30 a month to have a assigned carport spot. 2) The apartments are not build for noise. If you are staying here be sure to get a third floor. I had a couple with a young child staying above me and I heard ever step they took. 3) The biggest problem I had with this company came when they sent out a group text message saying they were going to reserve the clubhouse for the Mayweather-McGregor fight. When the time came around the clubhouse was locked and no one showed up. Management did not respond to phone calls or to text messages. I ended up buying the fight ($99) and watching it in my apartment. Management never took responsibility and would not reimburse me for the purchase. It would have been nice for Management to give me a notice that they could not meet their previous commitment instead of standing me up.

My wife and I stayed with Premier Rental Properties from January to May 2018, while I was attending the FAA Academy. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment at the Anatole at MacArthur apartments in OKC. It was very well cleaned when we arrived. Everything was furnished and decorated. It was very cozy. No issues what so ever with the apartment. Any and all questions or concerns that we had, were responded to promptly! Our rent was easily handled through PRP and the FAA. I never had to worry about anything. We highly recommend that you use PRP during your stay in OKC. It was quiet, clean, and wonderful. Easy drive to other students at Isola Bella and Kim's Place. 7-10 min drive to Mike Maroney Aeronautical Center.Thank you PRP!

If you can tolerate the unprofessional defensiveness of the Jekyll and Hyde ownership to complaints and suggestions then the locations are great to downtown OKC. Begin with assuming that you're wrong when you call the office.

If I could use a negative scale rating system, it wouldn't rank low enough for Premier Rental Property Management OKC. In a few words they are: unethical, untrustworthy, two-faced, incompetent and inept. Be aware of them not having property available per contract start date, not having the place cleaned up when you move in, providing incorrect invoicing on an ongoing basis, stating a pet deposit fee is refundable and then never refunding it and attempting to invoice after move out for hundreds of $ of dishware they allege was removed (it wasn't). These guys are crooks and should be, if not already, tied up in small claims court & put out of business.

Was not a bad location or house, although the house did need some improvements. Such as new sealing windows instead of windows with vinyl covering them. The management was in constant drama. There was always an excuse as to why they were unable to do something or forgot to do something for me, unless that thing was giving them more money. Every time I asked for something such as a receipt, there was always some excuse that was out of their control. It also took two and a half months and more then 15 calls and numerous emails to get my deposit back, although supposedly it was the banks fault.

Please my advise is to never try this out. Despite the high rent that you pay, the apartment manager who is touched in her head, will verbally abuse you, wont serve you well and treat you as if she is giving you charity. In the end, you will feel you would have been better off staying in a hotel - in terms of convenience, cost and luxury.

Stayed at 'The Cottage' with Premier during the month of May, 2016. My stay was good overall except for the fact that it took a few weeks to obtain a gym membership. That said, I liked the location of the rental just off the bike trail and the fire pit. So, with that in mind, I sent Wendy at text while I was still staying at the Cottage and asked to book 'The Cottage' again in July. She confirmed the rental via text. When I called back in June to re-confirm, Wendy advised that the Cottage was not available then steered me to a different unit (The Audry House) despite previously advising that the originally reserved unit was available. I expressed concern at that time as I really wanted to rent 'The Cottage' BUT Wendy assured me it was nice and in a really nice area. In July, I flew to OKC to discover that there had been a miscommunication between the current renters and Wendy and that unit was still occupied. Caleb placed blame on the previous renters rather than Wendy or himself. He subsequently put me up in another rental for the night. Unfortunately, I was not at liberty to get situated and checkin to my reserved unit late the next night since Caleb kept pushing the check in time back further and further. Upon arrival at the Audry house, around 8 pm, I found the house to be in a run down neighborhood, about a mile further north of where I was informed the rental would be located. Also, the garage door did not secure, the door to enter the kitchen via the garage was flimsy (easy to break into), the place was not well lit and the A/C did not work well. I was literally sweating in the kitchen at 9 pm. I immediately texted Caleb about my concerns and asked him if he had any other solutions or concerns about me returning to the other apartment. He simply replied: NO. I understood that to mean that I could return to the other apartment so I gathered my stuff (for the third move in two days) and left. The next day Caleb texted me, while I was at work, and ordered me to get my stuff out of the apartment and return to the unsecured and uncomfortable house-- that I never reserved in the first place. He did not offer to repair the garage or A/C or take any responsibility at all. Caleb also blame shifted and advised that I should have expressed concern earlier. When I told him that I did he told me I had no proof--until I told him I could show him the texts. He then scoffed at the fact that a text was proof. I advised Caleb that I was steered to this place under false pretenses and that I refused to stay at an uncomfortable and unsecured place for a month. I then contacted my employer who subsequently found me alternative lodging. I then asked Caleb for a refund--which he agreed to provide. Caleb then handed a check to his employee --prior to my arrival-- and advised, via text, that I would get it once I returned the key. Caleb shorted me $20 on the refund and failed to respond to my texts inquiring about same even though I remained at the apartment for almost an hour waiting for his reply, It was aggravating because Caleb literally had time to call and converse with the person who physically handed me the check. I found the entire situation highly unprofessional.
