Potrillos Mexican Restaurant

Awesome customer service employees are very knowledgeable courteous and very friendly wonderful food you get wonderful portions awesome and delicious at affordable prices this is our go to place for wonderful Mexican food the chips are fresh and delicious

I would like to give this restaurant 4 stars because the food was really good, unfortunately, the service was very poor. The whole meal took such a long time as the waiter apparently sat down and ate his lunch during our meal. I could see him taking his time and chatting with a coworker while we waited to order. Then again at the end of the meal when we asked for our check and a to go container, he disappeared for ten minutes until I got up and asked another server to bring our check. The decor is colorful and fun, and it is a large space that would be great for big groups. And the fajitas were excellent in my opinion, and the serving size was huge. I do not enjoy having to pay for tortillas and queso, but we may be spoiled by our local Tex Mex restaurants. The queso was very good though, and definitely worth ordering. We may or may not be back to give them another try.

Nasty food and poor customer service. I want to love this restaurant so bad but every time we go they mess things up. If you're into soggy tacos, food swimming in the waters the meat is cooked in, then this place is for you!!Don't even think about having them take off the disgusting food they ruined because it won't happen. Instead they will happily make you another round of food floating in waters off of the meats. Don't waste your money on a restaurant that doesn't value you as a customer.

Food was pretty good. 1.50 jalapeños. Yum! They were fatties too. 2.00 Dos Equis. Good use of Bob's bbq. Haven't tried the bar too yet. I'll do that next time. Service was a 3. Friendly, yes. Attentive, no. Knowledgeable, somewhat. Attentive, no.

ZERO STARS!!! Waiter spills drinks all over my shirt, pants, and ruined my new $200 shoes I got as a gift, doesn't apologize, then doesn't even offer my meal for free....Happy Father's Day to me...never coming back. Adios!

Stopped by on our way home based on Yelp reviews. The salsa was like flavored water, the service was terrible. The food was mediocre and not with the amount of money we paid. Taco Bell would be better than this place.

Good quality was high and the quantity was large!Be sure to try the Pollo Potrillos on the lunch menu!

This place is beyond 5 stars!!! OMG... the food, the portions were out of this world. Finally, a place that makes authentic mexican food!! Our waitress was Tori and she is great! Her personality is radiant! The owner visited every table and that was truly a breath of fresh air! Let me say this, you get chips and salsa. The salsa is excellent! I wish the chips were hot and thinner but they were still good!Love this place...my new guilty pleasure!

The food is good but the staff not so much . They had two different songs blaring at the same time so it made it all sosound terrible and it was so loud. Asked them to turn one of them off or down and they just turned them up.

Good and service was a 10/10!! I got the chance to be here for cinco de mayo and let me tell you, it was delish. Definitely will be coming back with more friends!!
