A new store in Norman with modern decoration. The store is generally cleaner and environment more pleasant than an average Popeyes. Had visited twice and the in-store orders were delivered correctly and timely. The crew members were very friendly during my visits.

So, I was told by my sister that they have a Popeye's here in Norman and thought I should try it. Well, it was AWFUL!!..Today on August 2 @ 8:47p, I ordered the No.1 Chicken combo with bacon & cheese. 2 chicken breasts and 2 thighs with 1 small Red beans & rice and a side of Cajun fries. 1# I didn't get my fries. 2# Popeyes decided to change my order to a meal with biscuits (which I did not order) 3# The chicken was DRY!!! All of it. I had to drown it in hot sauce to eat it. My chicken combo sandwich wasn't even warm. The cheese wasn't melted, nor did I get my bacon on it. So, just because Popeyes is a chicken place, Does Not mean the food is going to be good. I should have gone with my first instinct and ate Chicken Express. At least their food is made to order. Popeyes had chicken in a container like you put shoes in a shoe box on a shelf. Never will I ho back..Never again Norman Popeyes hard chicken.
