Poor Girls Cafe

The food is so fresh! I just love the down to earth atmosphere. The wait staff are always so nice and welcoming no matter what time we have been here. Sometimes it is a wait for food but when it's all Fresh and Handmade, Well that's what you get!!!

A nice breakfast and lunch place for locals and weary travelers. Simple decor with lots of little signs with attitude.I had catfish with onion rings and hush puppies. It was all great. The iced tea came in an oversized glass.It was super busy in there. I don't know if that is typical, but maybe plan on the food taking a while. There was a faint odor of cigarette smoke. A good experience and I recommend giving them a try.

To be honest, I enjoy town diners of course it wasn't the most fanciest But it makes you feel welcomed the breakfast. I had there made you feel like you're home. and like they say home is where the heart is

Small non Smoking area but you can still smell the smoke every time the door opens. Besides that the food was great. We had breakfast and I like my bacon crispy and it was served that way. So I was very happy. You get a lot of food for the price and waitress was amazing and on point.

Really a disappointing breakfast. The coffee had floating stuff in it. The smoking section is separated but the smoke comes into the non-smoking area - unappetizing especially at 9am. The side of fruit was a plastic cup of shelf-stable fruit. We'll go somewhere else next time.

A lovely quaint little mom and pop restaurant!! Breakfast is served all day and the biscuits and gravy are a can't miss!

Service was great but the food was very bland and the ice in our water had white stuff in it.

Standalone sketch building, but it was bustling when we went in for brunch Saturday morning around 10am. The ladies were uber nice and kept our coffee mugs filled. The food was okay but just too greasy and edges of everything was burnt.

My family came in for some lunch and we got our drinks and sat there for about an hour before getting our food. Me and my brother ordered "Chicken Bites" and they came out burnt and the inside didn't even look like chicken. I took a bite and it tasted like fish and I couldn't even finish the food. Horrible service, food tastes bad, and the place smells nasty and feels disgusting. 10/10 would not recommend.

It took 45 minutes for any food to come out and when it did it wasn't hot the sasuage was ungodly burnt the root beer was watered down the pancakes were not good at all I took maybe 2 bites and was done do not come to this place at all
