No show no call is all I need to know. I don't own or operate a business, but I do know common courtesy of a phone call when you can't make it.

Our landlord booked this plumbing company to come out and fix where the water spigot connects to the outside of the house because it was leaking under the house. He first had them come out to work on the problem in July. This seemed to fix the problem for about a month, but the leak started back up again. We slowly started hearing the leak come back, and they came back out in October. When they came in October, they actually cut a piece of wood fence post my husband had out for a project (without asking if they could use the material!) and screwed it onto the outside of the house (I'm guessing to help stabilize the repair or something) in addition to fiddling with whatever the plumbing parts were inside the house. This not only looks awful, the problem is back again. The water is once again leaking under the house and we are going to have to call another plumber to come out and fix the issue, since we certainly won't use this company again.

We settled on the rate of $95.00 per hour. After the plumber wrote the ticket, it turned out to be $110.00 per hour. When I asked why there was a difference, he stated, there was two of them. I suppose the other one was his son. He took out the old shut off valves, (which we did not ask him to do) and he used the bathroom hand towels to clean up the mess, ruining the towels. We bought two faucets to be installed and ask him to replace the flapper in the toilets. After he added everything he could to the ticket, it was $475.00. Need I say more.

This company took four weeks to replace a bathroom faucet at our residence. They didn't show up at all for two appointments and showed up unannounced a third time. We were told the repair would take 30 minutes and after an hour had passed and the repair was not finished, we had to leave and asked the gentleman to return later to finish. When they called later to reschedule, the representative was rude to my wife. Horrible service, would not recommend to anyone. 0/5 stars
