They did fine cleaning up the water damage from a burst pipe in our kitchen and dining room. While they initially put up plastic to contain the mess, the plastic came loose letting dirt and debris into the rest of the house. They also left a scratch on one of our vehicles, and scratched and dented some of our appliances. Will never use them again.

Phoenix Restoration services was very prompt and helpful when we needed them. My mother almost burn my house down :-) just kidding, but it's a little true, however, Phoenix was very helpful and went above and beyond to help her. I am very thankful that Josh and his crew were here to assist her and grateful for the timely manner in which they responded. I definitely recommend their services.

Have guys don't understand English 3 time failed hooking up dehumidifier right couldn't even put plastic up right came down within 4 hrs the boss finally showed up 3 days later to show them again how to hook up machines called and txt office many times to come take care of it no one showed up equipment sitting here not hooked up for a week didn't even have tape for their own job asked me for my roll of painters tape when lowes is 2 blocks away they hadn't paid yet at $8.00 a roll they tell you scope of job but don't end up doing what they tell you their gonna do machine leaked told manager of Apt she txt the company said they be out 4 days later they show up pcb fl

Each time we have used Phoenix they have been nothing but professional and also shown up quickly to give us a quote/ assess damages. We have used them multiple times for water leaks, hail damage on our roof, carpet cleaning, etc.

We had a leak in our shower that is requiring tear-out, water damage repair and reconstruction to correct it. We reached out to Phoenix Restoration and are very happy with the response. Both Brian and Jeff have been prompt and very professional with the quotes and getting things set to take care of this major issue. We will definitely be using them again if needed and recommend to our family and friends. It's a one stop shop for problems like this which makes things easier.

I had my vents cleaned because they hadn't been cleaned in several years.I couldn't of been more pleased with the service I received from this firm. The workers were on time and were very courteous. They did a good job and put everything back in order. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company removed the contents of my closet and boxed everything and put my hats on the bottom of the box and put all the other contents including my husbands briefcase on top of my hats! Ruined a $275 dollar hat from Nordstrom's and about $500 total! You could tell they did not care or respect our stuff! If I could give 0 stars I would! They did not cover our furniture while they worked to remove a wall from water damage and complained when I asked them to put my pillows in bags to protect them. We do not live there full time so we had to rely on them to take care with our belongings and that did not!!

They did decent work when my house flooded, but they refused to call me back when it came time to putting my house back together. They damaged a wall and now refuse to call me back to fix that. If it's an emergency and you can't get anyone else out to you they are decent on the first use but don't expect to see or hear from them after that.
