Pho Winner Vietnamese Restaurant

Don't let the small, hidden location fool you- Pho Winner is a WINNER! The entire menu is super affordable and you can't go wrong with anything you choose. The pho is the perfect portion, and the vermicelli bowls are light, tasty, and super satisfying. We also got the fresh spring rolls and fresh limeade- neither pictured because they stood no chance. The service is quick and friendly, and it's an all around quality lunch/dinner option.

Great Service, Mediocre foodPho broth was slightly salty and watered down. The quality of the beef was far below average.$4 for a set of 3 tiny spring rolls which equals to about 1 normal spring rolls size. Very dry and not fresh.

Aptly named Pho Winner has been a favorite Vietnamese restaurant of mine for many years. The food is consistently fabulous. I've never had a bad meal here. The employees are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Will keep coming back!

Hands down the absolute real fresh spring rolls in Norman! They make it right. Not a salad roll .

Simply really good. They provide a wonderful takeaway package with everything you need to have a very enjoyable home pho meal with little effort. The broth is quite hearty and tasty and the ingredients to add as you like are very fresh.

This is my family's favorite pho place in Norman. Broth is 10/10. We usually get the P1, and is consistently delicious. We've attempted to try other places in town, but nowhere compares to to Pho Winner
