Lots of room to run, some bushes to sniff, pond to swim in, and a few training ramps for tricks. Clean area, a smaller pen if you want to choose that, nice people. My dog loved it. She even found a frog to chase. We will come back!

Small, overgrown and poorly maintained. You have to have a membership as well (which is free with registration), but an inconvenience if the adoption center is closed.

First of all, I would like to start by saying that I'm extremely surprised that no one has reviewed this park! My fiancé and I have had a blast watching our puppy girl (Layla-Ann) run around and play here at Pets and People! The park looks to be about 2-3 acres (just by guessing) with a decent sized pond in the center. There's not a ton of obstacles or places to sit (as I believe they are underfunded...sadly) but they do have lots of room for your fur-baby to stretch its legs. I highly recommend you bring some balls or toys of your own in order to interact with you furry friend. The reason I really enjoy the park is due to the fact that you get to interact with "The Locals", otherwise known as the shelter dogs. They have a handful of dogs that belong to the shelter (mostly abandoned) and live there permanently. It gives you a chance to play and show love to dogs who have been neglected or discarded and it gives you a chance for your dog to develop stronger social skills. I really enjoy being able to interact with these animals and show them love without actually taking them home (I wish we could!!!).Try the place out! If you love dogs, especially the neglected ones, you'll love this park!

This dog park was very disappointing. I understand it's run by the humane society and that the dogs there need their exercise time. But we showed up with our two dogs hoping to let them get some running around in. But I guess the park was closed to the public. This makes it impossible to plan. We will not be returning because of this. I hope Yukon can get a dog park opened other than just this one or I guess we'll be making the trek to Edmond or Lake Hefner.

Clean nice park - doesn't have the bells and whistles like other parks have and is one large fenced park for both small and big dogs. The park is just a large fenced running area, it has a small pond for dogs that like to swim, it also have some watering spouts for fresh drinking water. The picnic tables are pretty beat up and theres only one or two benches which means minimal sitting area for humans. The park hours are a bit limited they close at like 6pm even though it is technically unlocked so you could still go in. Occasionally the pound dogs are in there by themselves so you have to be a little cautious but i've never had a problem, they seem to be the timid ones. pros - clean, free, great running space for big dogs, not busy, secluded area, and has swimming pondcons - limited hours, limited seating, big and small dogs grouped together, does have pond (if you don't want your dog getting wet), and not many doggy pick up stations and usually don't have any bags or wipies.

This park is amazing! Well kept landscaping and poop (left behind by people who don't clean up after their dogs) picked up daily by volunteer. Pooper scoopers and bags available in large and small dog areas With waste receptacles easily accessible. Double entry gates make it easy to come and go. Big trees for shade and a few benches to sit on. Balls and frisbees provided to enjoy while at park. Fresh water available and park is about3 acres with a pond. No unaccompanied dogs are there. My dog loves it! She runs and runs and runs. The people I've met are very nice. There are people who go to the park daily. Lovely quiet area with a rural feel. It is free and open to the public.

We were on a cross-country trip from Las Vegas to Michigan, and stopped in here to let the dogs run. Great place. large dog run has a lake, and reportedly had a copperhead in the lake. We did not see it. My dogs don't like water anyway.I will definitely stop here again in any future trips through the area.

Great little dog park tucked away. On a cross country trip and needed to find somewhere to let the dog run, and had a hit and miss in OK city. It's run by the Humane Society and you only have to put your name down. Great park, spacious, and plenty of room to run
