Michelle, the working manager who i had the unfortunate experience of dealing with tonight, treated me like I was going to steal the entire time I was trying to just pick out a simple keychain with the sweet sales associate named Ariel. I did not appreciate the way she treated me as I'm a paying customer and meanwhile there could have been plenty of other people who have time to steal since she was very laser focused on me in a straight up rude manner. She walked up and asked the sweet girl Ariel who was helping me if she needed any help and then asked me what I'm trying to do so I told her that I'm trying to pick out one of these keychains a specific one and she then I guess you could say helped me but I mean that would be using the word very loosely. Anyway we find the keychain and I bring it up to the counter. Then I hear her proceed to call security, the man who I actually asked originally if he was a sales associate that could open the keychain area for me, so I wasn't trying to do anything sneaky. Didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me after I tried to apologize by saying hey I didn't realize that there was such a big line happening when we were picking up this keychain. She proceeded to say to me I'm not talking to you I'm talking to my staff and I told her well you're talking about me. Anyway she was beyond rude. Not a great customer experience at least from Michelle their manager. Now Ariel on the other hand was a sweetheart. Maybe she should be manager and maybe Michelle shouldn't or she should be given a review on actually how to treat people especially paying customers. Ariel told me that there has been a problem with people stealing recently which I understand but I wasn't doing anything sneaky. If anyone higher upper wants to go back and review on the camera. This happened on November 28th around 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning. I am a blonde woman who was wearing a black puffy jacket with a fur lining on the hood and a pink hoodie underneath and you will see how everything went if this is a page that the Petro upper people read. I'm sure that there's been plenty of experiences like this and I'm understanding of somebody trying to make sure that they don't lose merchandise but it's messed up to be treating a paying customer like they're trying to stuff things in their pocket or try anything shady which I was obviously not trying to do. Otherwise I don't have a hard time here this is my first bad experience but yeah not a big fan of Michelle she kind of ruined this place for me won't be coming back anymore. Too bad because you guys always have a lot of really fun stuff and I like buying little fun trinkets here but not if Michelle is going to be benefiting it from it at all.

We've stopped here many times to fuel up and grab a bite to eat at the Iron Skillet inside, great restaurant by the way. Today, we've come to park for the night. I'll take pictures if we happen to go inside. This is a much better place to come than Checkers Truck Stop across the street, it's dirty, the parking lot is a smaller unpaved lot and filled with lot lizards. This lot is quiet and peaceful with a huge nicely paved parking lot, just the opposite.Inside, they have a very friendly staff and lots of merchandise that every trucker or customer could want from a truck stop. The Truckers Chapel is located right behind the building for anyone wanting to attend on Sunday morning.I guess we're going in so I'll climb down out this big thing and go in to grab some pics with some grub. I highly recommend Petro Truck Stops!

A decent truck stop with many amenities like a convenience store, a restaurant, showers, game and TV room and of course a place to get fuel or gas.Typical highway robbery prices for basic items that at the local big box store up the street would cost far less. There is no place here to comfortably sit and relax, read a book or write at a table unless you're in the restaurant eating. This Petro is neat and clean but expect nothing out of the ordinary here. The facility could use a modernization or a face lift.As a side note, many vagrants and street people in the area.

I just wanted to get some gas on my way to work, is that too much to ask? This is the second Valero based gas station I have tried this morning. The first one flat did not work and this one is going so slow that I have literally been here for almost 10 minutes and just have 6 gallons of gas. What in the world?!

To whom it may concern, Today 12/26/2020 we stopped at this location, my husband and I stopped here to shower. During our shower we over heard the manager speak to the you attendant who cleans the shower... instead of pulling him off to the side as professionals should he spoke to him about his work performance in a degrading manner in the hallway. Mr.Stacy, was his name and he said word for word " if I see you on your phone today at all we are having a long conversation, I expect the showers all clean, bathrooms and the trash all taken out. I'm in a bad mood today and have no problem with taking it out on you". I completely understand that it might not be his first conversation with him, why didn't he handle things in a professional manner by writing him up, 3 strikes and you'll be out of here? That young man never said anything back to the manager.

This was my third attempt at finding coffee that wasn't cold at 2:00 am. This was the place that was able to deliver. Not only was the coffee not cold, but it was still brewing as I was pouring it so I know it's fresh. The icing on the cake was when I went to go pay for the coffee, the lady at the front told me to have a good night and gave me the coffee refill free of charge. Can't beat that!

Got my truck in for a PM and new batteries. PM went fine, when they did my batteries, they left two contacts disconnected and charged me for work they didn't do. When I complained to the shop manager he said " nothing we can do". So I said I guess I'll just not come here anymore and he said "Fine with me". Must be nice to have so many customers that it doesn't matter if one or more are dissatisfied with them.

Nasty place to stop restrooms are horrible. Parking lot has not been cleaned in months. And when we tried to get gas the pump would not take a chip credit card then we tried a non chip card. Went inside to pay and they can only do an exact dollar amount whey back outside to pump gas and they would not turn it on until we came inside to pay we told them we just did and now they wanted us to swop our card at the pump again. We went back inside and told them to cancel our sale. Hopefully they did. We went across the street and got our fuel without any issues.

I have the great displeasure of having to fuel at this place multiple times throughout the week on a regular basis. Merely due to the fact that it is very close to my terminal, I can honestly say that out of any truckstop I have ever been to, this is by far the most disgusting place I have encountered. Bathroom smells like absolute sewage. there is one functional ice machine that has been out of service for close to a year. when I say, this place is filthy, trust me on that.I have recently decided to take a step of filing a complaint with Oklahoma Department of health safety. This place and it's despicable, slumlord foreign owners should be ashamed of them selves.

I should've posted this when it happened earlier this year. So I was sitting alone in the TV room which made me happy because I then could watch what I wanted and not the usual crap most drivers want to watch. Way there were a couple signs in there " this room is for CDLholders only. If you don't have 1 you will be asked to leave." Well that would be great but these truckstops bark is worse than their bite. I hate it when you, the truckdriver, go in and want to watch what you want but there is some homeless,, or local idiot or some other jerkwad that's not supposed to be in there and is in control of the remote. Or some other riff raff not supposed to be there.. I had never seen it enforced. And lo and behold, after a little while here came a security gaurd wanting to see my CDL. "Gladly!" I said. He was happy and I was happy that this place actually enforces it. So how does it get only 3 stars. Well wouldn't you know, about 10 minutes later he is who knows where and here come in a couple guys to do a drug transaction. Then left almost as fast as they came in. Well at least the place tried.
