Personal Touch Monograms

Personal Touch Monogram has monogrammed many items for me and family members over the last several years. I've had Christmas stockings, to luggage monogrammed. Every item was handled with great care and returned in excellent condition. They even helped me, many times to choose which font and color looks best on items. I highly recommend this monogram shop for outstanding monogramming. Also, the friendliest of people work here and I'm always pleasantly surprised how fair their prices are.

We brought my daughters letterman jacket here to have the patches sewn on and a few things embroidered like her name and accomplishments. It came out beautifully. 10/10 definitely recommend Personal Touch!

I love this monogram place. I have brought in a myriad of things and had them monogrammed. They do a great job and are reasonably priced.

My daughter waited to the last minute to apply for the Freshman Sorority Rush so we were unprepared to send her a congratulatory gift at her new house. We called Personal Touch Monograms and were told we had missed the deadline for ordering. Deborah called back at 5:00 pm and said she'd like to help me out and she had some things she could put together. She got it out the door in time to be at the house and our daughter was completely surprised by the gift bag. She had actually told others she wasn't expecting anything because of her last minute decision.Personal Touch Monograms went above and beyond what was expected to help me out in acknowledging a special day for our daughter. They didn't price gouge me or charge any "late fees" like you might expect. Their behavior that dayis a great testament to their commitment to do everything possible to meet the needs of their customers.

Personal Touch had a great selection of fonts and colors. Their service was great. They were super nice and my order was ready when they said it'd be. It was the holiday season and they had it done within a week. The price was super reasonable for what I needed. I would highly recommend them!!

Picked Personal Touch because they have been reliable. Until today that is, I show up shortly after the promise time only to be told they are 20-30 minutes behind and I can just wait in my car. I literally drove 25 minutes just to use them and what should have taken 5 minutes resulted in me leaving without my item. Now I will have to make another trip all the way up there because they couldn't take the time to call and let the incomplete orders know that they weren't ready. Won't be coming back after this, lady in the front didn't even seem too bothered.

had a patch sewn onto a sweatshirt. They took 15 days and waited until we got there to start sewing. No surprise the patch was sewed on crooked. They happily said they would correct the mistake. Picked my sweatshirt up after it being there three days and it is sewed on crooked again.
