This is a nice park and it takes up about a city block. Quite a few people were walking or walking their dogs, many more than usual during the day because of COVID-19. There were people reading, picnicking, etc. Honestly, it was a slightly chilly day, but people were enjoying the fresh air. Since the last time I was here they've put in a volleyball area. They've also put up tape so that people can't play on the playground equipment, because COVID-19 can live on playground equipment for up to 3 hours, or so it is believed. It's too bad that it takes a pandemic for people to get out to the park. It's wonderful to see the world restoring itself so quickly as people drive less and tax the world less. I heard so many more birds than normal. That's the silver lining in the pandemic.

Loved it! There was a good variety of kids playing, all ages, from 2 year olds 10 year olds on the play equipment and 22 to 32 year olds in the lawn. Super clean. Not so big that you can't contain your kids, but there is not a fence so just something to be aware of.

I love this park and the area of town it's in. It's nestled right in the neighborhood and is a staple to the surrounding community. I personally appreciate the close proximity to Teapioca and two particular trees that are perfect for hammocking. I always swing by Teapioca to grab a milk tea then start swinging in my hammock between those two trees. The park includes sand volleyball courts, a playground and pavilion with a place to grill.

Great neighborhood park in OKC. Volleyball courts recently redone. Fresh sand, new nets and new boundary lines. Nice selection of playground equipment for the kids. Pavilion. Sidewalks to walk around on. Park benches. Spacious, plenty or room for frisbee & things like that. Safe. Beer is allowed, just no glass. No bathroom.

Beautiful small park. Volleyball available. Beautiful view. You feel almost instantly apart of the community if you don't live in the area. Pet friendly (with leash of course!) makes your daily walks that much more enjoyable when you have beautiful plants and even a section to sit and catch up with friends. Park stays clean bc trash cans are available almost every corner. Beautiful homes as well.

Beautiful, old OKC neighborhood. Worth driving or strolling through *any* time of year- but at Christmas it's pure magic. The gorgeous stately homes are all aglow. And the crown jewel is the "Mestalights" display at 19th and Olie where the home has lights that dance to Yuletide tunes played on their very own radio frequency.

Wonderful neighborhood park offering 2 sand volley courts and a nice playground. They also just planted quite a few new trees, which will look beautiful once spring comes. This would be a great location for locals to host outdoor events like birthday parties or fields days. There is also a small amphitheater in the southwest corner - could be a great spot for an outdoor play or concert!
