The service was great. The product was not. Even though they warned me about other florist delivering less than what was expected and what's on the picture. Very disappointed. But they were prompt on delivery. This is what I paid for and what the recipient got. The arrangement looks ill, like everything fell out.

I called and placed an order from this floral shop and specifically said no lilies. I said it's for my teenage daughter so I want it looking trendy not something you would send your mom. This is not what I was expecting. The basket doesn't suit a teenager (in my opinion) so I wish they used a cute vase. The flowers look extremely fresh, which is great, but the bouquet itself was such a disappointment. Especially because they used the one flower I told them I hate and to please make sure and not use it.

The folks at Penny and Irene's are the BEST! They delivered the most beautiful arrangement for my daughter's Mother's day celebration. There was a computer glitch which deleted the message for the card, but they alerted me the next morning before the flowers were delivered to include the greeting that I wanted to send. The quality was impeccable, service was the most excellent I've ever experienced from a florist, and it was delivered within 24 hrs of my order. I recommend them highly to anyone in the OKC area, and I WILL be ordering from them again!!!

We just had a wonderful experience with Penny and Irene's Flowers! We called in an order from out of town to be delivered in time for Mothers Day. It's the Friday before so I was a little worried they would be too busy to put something together in time, but they created a really lovely arrangement and delivered it right away. Such a pleasant exchange when I called to order and the flowers look so healthy and beautiful! Over the years we've ordered flowers online through other big services and either they arrived late and/or the quality was really crummy. We've learned our lesson and will continue to support this local Midwest City shop when we send flowers! Thank you so much!!

I ordered a bouquet for my brothers funeral in Del city. Ordered over phone because I live out of state. Unhappy with the low quality of work. Seems the people were not trained in this field. Will never order anything from them in future. My cost was $110 at best I got $30. Very cheap. from Disappointed

Placed an order through their website for a dozen roses listed for $75 plus a $12 delivery fee, among other miscellaneous fees. Received a call back from the flower shop telling me they "don't know where the $75 price came from, it should have been $90" and was also told that the price their website charged me for delivery was too low and would now be $23. They did not honor the price that their website charged me. I had to cancel the order. Will not be buying from them in the future.
