Awesome place to live!The Staff is always professional and friendly. The complex is kept very clean and usually very quiet as well. Jeremy, the Lead Maintenance Technician is always professional, courteous and efficient! Everything may not be perfect yet nothing in life is. This place is a rip off. The water system is messed up so they charge you for water usage but it's they're system that's messed up. Ive stayed in apartments with my three kids and never went over in water usage. The master bedroom/bathroom get no heat so I've been sick for three months now off and on. I have to sleep in the living room if I want to be semi warm. I just wouldn't recommend this place. And really I wanna give it a 0 rating but that's not a option.

I moved in April Earlier this year and was told my unit was "move in ready". The day of my move in, i was told it was not move in ready and maintenance would fix my kitchen sink, so until then i had to use the bathroom sink. that's ridiculous. It took maintenance 3 days to fix it. I've put in maintenance request and they would be completed even though no one came out to my unit. There was a situation where the shower wall had a gap and was causing water damage to my room. For 2 weeks no one came out to fix it and kept blaming it on my dog saying it was pee, it was not. It took me calling corporate for them to finally fix it. My window broke 3 weeks ago due to hail and I've been told it's a budget issue. This apartment is a joke and I would not recommend anyone to move in. The property manager Rebecca does not communicate and is quick to dismiss any situation.

Buyer beware! As we were moving in, one of the present residents warned us about the downfalls of the place. It was frustrating for us to deal with the company to begin with. No one called back when we called for assistance. Additionally, there are a ridiculous amount of fees. But we needed to find a place for our son and didn't have a lot of options when dealing from afar. Apparently vinyl tile that is peeling up can be counted as "hardwood". And every single cabinet in the place was falling apart. There's an odor in the place that clearly comes from the ductwork. The place does not feel well cared for. The rent for a place like this is laughable. The going rate for all apartments is ridiculous these days.

There is mold there is roaches. Nothing gets ever fixed. I have been waiting 6 months to have my children's bathroom fixed. Nothing has been done. The outlets are loose they will not fix them. I have put in complaint after complaint about roaches. And all I get told from the office is go buy your own pest control stuff. When I'm paying them for pest control. There is garbage all over the property. If you have the option of living in a cardboard box or out of your car do it before renting here. It'll be a healthier environment. There is black mold growing in my closet and they will do nothing about it. Not to mention they like to say that stuff will get done and it doesn't get done. Most of the time they close at work orders before they are complete and you have to call them back again and then they complain that you have to call them back when they didn't fix it the first time. Go find someplace else to live anywhere but here.

I was told my place is ready. During my move in after ~3 weeks, almost everything I was told and read on their brochure was not presented to me such as trash bin, shower rods, and more, so I had to go buy some of those things. The floors are lifting up, toilet is still lifting up and moving every time I sit on it, windows are not secured due to broken secure locks, glass window can be pushed open, ceilings leaking, doors are all in bad conditions, didn't get an assigned parking lot like I asked for, etc. Great employees there but the apartment is horrible!
