Penn Jewelers

Im from Oklahoma City but live in Houston. I've been trying to find a reputable jeweler that's in house so I figured let me just wait until I come back to OKC. With it being the holidays I thought I'd be waiting but luckily Mr. Glen took care of me and educated me about my jewelry I was getting fixed. He's a very honest man and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I appreciate your availability and knowledge. I will be doing business with you for everything going forward. Thank you.

This was my first and best experience at a jewelry shop. Glen did a fantastic and QUICK job. My engagement ring was one size too big, but he sized it down and shined it up in about 5-10 minutes. He's got great character, and you can tell he's practiced his craft for many years. Definitely go see him, but remember to bring cash!

Got a 2 tone rope chain as a gift (solid gold with a separate solid white gold twisted) and it caught on something and snapped a while ago, took it to a cheap booth at the mall that does 'repairs' they used LEAD SOLDER and I came across Penn Jewlers and took the day off to even see if it could be repaired in that condition, Mr. Penn Jewler said it can be fixed! After a a couple of hours I get a call from him with the best news and the repair was in 4 different spots and looks like it never happened, I was so happy with my experience at this establishment, respect the man for taking care of such a delicate piece and really taking pride in his work. Hopefully I don't need any more repairs but I will definitely come back for any future repairs!!

I asked Mr. Glen to resize a few of my mom's old rings for myself and I got them back within less than 24 HOURS! I couldn't believe the turnaround time and great price! He was so kind and informed, and the rings turned out beautiful and seamless. Before going to Penn Jewelers I looked into taking the rings to other jewelry stores in the mall that were going to take 2-3 weeks. I am so happy I went to Penn Jewelers instead and will definitely be coming back for any other services I need. Thank you so much Mr. Glen!!!

Glen took great care of my wedding ring. He was finished resizing and fixing the prongs in less than an hour! Thank you so much, Glen! Feeling shiny and new after today.

Mr. Glen was wonderful. We researched places to have my ring resized and landed on Penn Jewelers and we made the right choice. He took the time to ensure the right size was decided on for my ring, went over everything with us, and had it done faster than we could have ever expected.
