They do your taxes quickly and you don't have to wait after your appointment time hits so that gets them 2 stars. When a customer has to pay for postage on an 85 dollar basic tax return because your company can't figure out how to send it in online... that customer probably won't come back. Is it worth the couple dollars for postage to lose out on 85 dollars a year? Bad business practice.

Wow Ken and Addie are top notch humans! The communication levels are on point and they are friendly. I had so much info on taxes (so I thought) that I thought I'd be there all day! Honestly in and out in 20 mins.. I had 6 types of tax forms I couldn't believe it!! So not only are they swift and friendly .. Ken got me MONEY back!! 10/10 recommend!

They did our biz taxes last year and did ok. Drove 70 miles to use then again this year. They took my paperwork and shook my hand. The following day I get an email saying that it would cost twice as much as the year before. Which is well over 1000 dollars. I drove 70 miles again to pick up my paperwork to go elsewhere. Started to do my taxes elsewhere only to find out that they kept the most important parts of my paperwork! 70 miles again! This place is shady and I advise steering clear. They like the bait and switch.

We have had this gentleman prepare our taxes for several years. His family's service was recommended to us by multiple individuals. Luckily he now has a new location on the west side of the OKC Metro. Great service, knowledgeable, extremely affordable and very dependable. I reccomend Pelican to anyone and everyone.
