Pedro's Mexican Food

The service and environment was decent but the food is lacking flavor and everything else desired in Mexican food. The rice looked more like cauliflower rice and tasted just as bland.

My Sopas were good but my daughter who is a cook said her burrito was canned chicken What a disappointment. Service was wonderful though

Great food and service. Stop here each time travel through the area! Authentic and reasonably priced.

This review is over the kids chicken fingers only. If I owned a restaurant, something like this would never be allowed to leave my kitchen. My son hated it. Had to take him to Braum's for lunch after we left. Do better Pedro's. Look at the photo. That's how it came out.

I got birria tacos for the first time because they sounded interesting. I've gone back 5 times now and have gotten them each time. The people are friendly, the foods authentic, filling and delicious.

Quick stop for lunch while traveling thru Oklahoma. Excellent food and excellent service. I had the pollo chorizarilla and it was amazing! Real green Chile!The only reason that I didn't do 5 stars was my deep disappointment with their cheese dip. Very bland.

The exterior offered promises of authentic Mexican food.The entrance was a trip since you had to find your way through the maze to the dining room.The place could use a face lift.The service overall was neglectful but cheery. The staff appeared to like congregating in the expediting areas. The chips were stale!! Where do you store your chips? It's not working.The salsa was runny, thin and flavorless with no heat! I had asked the waitress for something hotter. She went and made some sofrito for me which was spicier. The entrees were Mexican American and not real Mexican. Lots of cheese, rice and beans. The flavors of Mexico were somewhat present depending on what you ordered. I had the Carne Asada which was easy and flavorful. We met friends and family for lunch.It was clean enough for a good meal and gathering.

Great and wonderful service but on the basis for this review being about their selling point, the food, I have to give only two stars and that's just because the wait staff was wonderful. The tortillas were supposed to be fresh, they advertise it that way, they were stale. The beans were most certainly out of a can, not good from a Mexican restaurant. The rice was warm but the plate was hot. The meat was tasty but not enough for the three tacos and their guacamole was a joke.

We stopped in for dinner based on good reviews, and we weren't disappointed. The service was great, and the food was tasty! My husband had combo fajitas, my daughter had chicken enchiladas, I had cheese enchiladas, and my son had the kids chicken strips. Everyone really enjoyed their food. *I will say, when you first walk in (up the stairs) it smells kinda weird. It wasn't bad enough to make us leave, but we did notice it. Overall, we would definitely come back. The food and the service was great.

They used to have really good food. Something happened and now their food sucks. Doesn't taste like mexican food anymore.
