Pecinas

Stopped by this very small restaurant as I drove thru OKC heading to SW Ok. I normally stop in OKC to pick something up for family I am going to visit. Stopped by and ordered a taco platter. It was 12 tacos. I went with 6 ground beef and 6 chicken. I also ordered some guacamole and some Mexican corn. The meal also came with a generous amount of white queso, refried beans, and chips. My family loved the queso, the guacamole, and the beans. The beef tacos were good but nothing special. But the chicken was dry and stringy (seems common for chicken tacos though). I do have to caveat the food was to go and had a hour. So perhaps the tacos are better at the table. The service was excellent.

We love Pecinas and drive about 20 min to get there because their food is the best around. We can hardly wait for the new building because in the summer heat the restaurant is hot. I feel sorry for the waitstaff. Besides the heat--this restaurant is everything good! Great service, great food, and soon great ambiance!

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Oklahoma. It has delicious food. Everything is good. They have the best tacos I've ever had, and I'm from Texas! It is a tiny restaurant, but they have plans to move to a larger site. It is worth the wait if you must wait. Their service is outstanding as well. We have a nice little gem in our small town!

This was a fabulous find off the 40 as we were driving through El Reno, OK. Great food served to order very fast with friendly service! The chicken tostadas and the beef quesadilla were very good. Fresh sopapillas dusted with sugar and cinnamon and kissed with honey for dessert finished our lunch. We will seek this place out anytime we are driving through - such a great find!

The food was excellent. I had the chile verde. It wasn't too spicy. The service was great and they were very friendly.

Wish they were a little bigger on the inside but the food is AWESOME!!!! Quality and fresh

Incredible restaurant! The white cheese has now taken over the "regular"cheese and chips. There hasn't been anything I've disliked here. The enchiladas are my favorite.

We eat here frequently The new location is nice. Food is always good. Service was better at the old location.

Pecinas has good food. We had good service. The restaurant is small, but the food and service is worth it

Great little place! Not very large, but the food is solid. Seasonings and temp were perfect. Very flavorful! Service was spot on. Will be a repeat customer when I cruise back through town!
