If you care about yourself at all, you won't shop or go here. This place is absolutely horrible. Their customer service is nonexistent, sure their prices might be cheap but that's because of who they are. They sell half broken stuff, things that should of been trash, and they basically walk around harassing people for not making a selection very fast.

One of my go-to thrifts, even though it's slightly out of my bubble. Everything half price all the time except now and then there's an even deeper sale. Yes, some first round prices can seem a bit steep, but if you're not compelled to splash out for the item wait a week or so - if no one else has nabbed it it'll get reduced so you can pay 50% of the new sale price. The store is well stocked, making a thorough browse a time-consuming venture. A couple of their practices do rub me wrong (and prevent me considering donating my own cast-offs to this particular organization); during several of myvisits an employee has been sorting the knick knack/glassware shelf, presumably removing things that have lingered too long. Disturbingly, those items are brutally tossed into a bin, with a crash, clink, smash. I hate waste, and it bothers me to see they'd rather destroy goods (that were freely donated), over a gentler option such as possibly setting up a 'Free' or drastically reduced display. Also, during my most recent visit (early in the day shortly after the shop opened), staff were busy clearing, rearranging (oh, that jarring crash of glass upon glass!), and as I tried looking at dresses one woman was briskly, brusquely going through them, pulling out several at a time, dumping them into a bin. My first thought was she was taking the oldest stock to get rid of, which was bothersome as they may have been just what I was after but I was given no chance to look. Later I considered (and hoped) that she may have been choosing items to reduce and eventually return to the rack. Either way, it was a disruptive thing to do while customers were shopping. I just left the area. A better business practice would be to conduct that sort of inventory control either after hours, or toward the end of the day. Still, I keep coming back, forgiving the annoyances, in part no doubt because of that one spontaneous time I popped in to discover it was 75% off day, and there was a 1960s Olivetti typewriter waiting for me. Bringing home a sweet treasure for 9.98 tends to leave a long lasting warm impression.

They have a large selection of almost everything and it's organized nicely. They have two long rows of shoes, and aisles of jeans, dresses, short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, etc. They also have a large selection of accessories, in fact they have so many scarves it was hard to go look through but they were hung nicely. They have a huge amount of stuffed animals which they do a weekly sale on and they also do 5 for $1 on a certain color tag each Sunday. It's nice to see a large thrift store with a good amount of everything that is organized. I was able to find a kids book, scarf, and a kids chef hat all for under $3. Everything is half off everyday. Some clothing I felt was overpriced but with half off it would be more reasonable but still a tad above where thrift prices should be.

I found amazing gems here. Usually I don't score so big at once but man it was my lucky day. UNFORTUNATELY no dressing rooms at all. I tried things over my clothes and guess to see if they would fit or not. I started to put things away and noticed a employee eyeing me. I do take part of the blame for putting women's clothing in the men's while trying stuff on. But mind me I wanted to be sure these items fit and the closest mirror was by the men's. She came up to me and told me that the women's items don't go in the men's and to put it back. Okay fine no big deal. Then they did their final call to get to the registers (I've never been to such strict thrift store). So I was third in line and right next to the register. They had their show case. I spotted two pairs of gorgeous earrings that I was wanting to buy. I mentioned to the lady (manager doing final call) that I wanted to see the earrings. She either didn't hear me or ignored me. I wasn't sure. So I decided to wait until it was my turn on the register. It was about to be my turn, then the lady told the other lady on the register, " By the way the showcases are closed." I'm 100% sure the lady heard me when I asked about looking that the earrings and when it was my turn they still had about 10 minutes until closing. I never deal with such terrible customer service in my life. I've been thrifting since I was in baby diapers basically. I left so heartbroken because these earrings were so gorgeous. I had to give it 3 stars because of the quality of the clothings but service was bad. I will probably go back but early in the morning to avoid attitudes after a long day. I'm from out of town so I doubt those earrings will be there the following weekend :(

I USED to love this thrift store. Prices could be good. I've spent a lot over the years at this place. Today I purchased a set of shelf brackets, somehow they didn't make it into my bag. I run errands all day and expect cashiers to get my items into my bags. I shouldn't have to check off every item on my receipt and double check everything. So, at the end of this evening I start going through my goodies to find some items missing. I go back to the store (which has a completely different shift) and the items are not found. Nor will the manager give me a refund of $1.98. He says I have to come back tomorrow to talk to the day manager. I have a job too, and to not just refund that little amount is ridiculous. I will be spending more time at other places that appreciate what I spend. I am not somebody that will lose sleep over $1.98, but managers should just "man up" and make the customer happy. I visit weekly and to be treated that way is wrong. At my job, we do whatever it takes. Especially if its just 1.98.

I absolutely love this place. I've never had a bad encounter with any of the staff. They're always nice & courteous even when they're super busy with lines down the isles. They have a great selection of clothes & shoes along with other things. Everything is always 50% off & their 5/$1 deal on Sunday is no joke. I won't go to any other thrift stores.
