Came to Pawtopia to give my new adopted golden retriever pup a good bath!The staff is friendly, and they sell a lot of pet goods from baked treats, dog hair care, and dog food etc..The walk-in self service wash is $18 and I believe 10 on Thursdays for medium to large breeds. Small breeds are slightly cheaper at 15 a wash and 7 on Thursdays. I loved the hoses, because they had it set up where the shampoo comes out with the water and same with the conditioner so, it was really easy to wash my dog. The dryers however don't get warm so, it took awhile to dry my dog. They also offer a rewards system. I think it was every 10th wash you get a free one. I will definitely continue to use their services as their Thursday deal is the best I've found.

Wonderful pet supply store. Friendly and helpful employees. Went to Britton Feed for years for our dogs, they were wonderful. They kept our purchase information on file. When they closed Pawtopia kept and transferred our information which is fantastic.

We went in for a dog wash. I have to take my dogs separately since they are so big. The place was so clean and they clean it after each wash. The prices are great and the selection of shampoo and conditioner is good too. I like they have supplies like doggie cologne and face wash. The staff was super helpful and so kind. We will be back again soon.

Great variety of pet supplies and treats. The bath area is so nice and well kept. Plenty of options of shampoo and doggy personal care. They are so nice to my dogs and friendly to us.

Let's just say my experience was horrible with the cashier getting smart with me and the lady that cut's the dog's nails. Horrible and rather sad customer service. I will never go back. If I could give them a -10 I would.
