My review is purely based on the BEFORE buying part. This place is a joke and red flags went of before I even went to this place. "We give you a $4500 trade allowance". What the heck is there. I was gonna trade in my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 paid off. And from what I read up on previous reviews this place sells rebuilt cars/trucks. For of course full retail. Cook the books and tag on anywhere from $4000-$12000 per reviews. Also look at this place overall reviews. Not something you want to bring home to momma. As a 3 timecombat veteran I feel for the several veterans they screwed. Again. Read the reviews on here. It's a damn shame I fought for freedom. Yet these folks use it to line their pockets. Completely disgusting place. And again. I'm smart enough and did not buy from them. Please avoid this place. Thank you. Semper Fidelis

I would like to say that I am not angry with the salesmen, Just a little disappointed. I live out of town from where they are located and I found one of their vehicles listed. I noticed that there was a light on on the dash board so I contacted them regarding the vehicle. I was told that it was just low tire pressure and that it was an easy fix. So, with that in mind, I continued to contact my bank for pre approval. The day that I was planning on coming down and taking a look and hopefully buying the vehicle, I contacted the salesmen that I had been communicating with just to make sure that they got that light to go off. He then informed me that they went to pull it into the shop and the vehicle would not go back into park and that they had sent it to a Chevy dealership (because this vehicle was a GMC) for a diagnosis. He contacted me a few days later and told me that there was also a coolant leak in the engine and that it was being sent to auction. I was bummed out because this was a really good price on a car that was reliable and with good mileage. The fact that these issues were not addressed and that they even listed it is the disappointing part, which I understand is not the salesman's fault. A few days later, I was contacted by the same salesmen and told about similar vehicles that they had. I told him that I would contact him after I thought about it and if I was interested. I did not ever call or text him back because the vehicles mentioned were not what I was looking for and not in my price range. This was over 5 days ago, and now that I have taken my business elsewhere for a vehicle that in my price range and what I was wanting in the first place, the salesmen is bombarding me with question still trying to get me to buy from them. I told him that I have found another dealership and vehicle and that I'm not interested in doing business with them anymore. He has asked me 3 times now if that dealership has written me a trade in offer. I would think that saying "I'm not interested in doing business with you guy anymore" means that I don't want to be contacted anymore. If you're going to buy from this dealership, don't do it over the phone.

For starters I was a salesman for this place once in my life. This place hasn't changed a bit and to see the horrible transfer of power I would question any Patriot store. Before we start I spoke out against the dealership back in 2022 now I'm rounding the corner in 2025 to share it's still the same crap hole. The current GM here actually threatened me over a Tic Tok and tried to bribe me to take it down. It was quite a crappy bribe to be honest. Before that this same GM who was a fed salesmen Clint who had me drive on my day off all the way to Kansas (with no compensation) with a POS Nissan Rogue that he thought he sold. Told me don't let it fall apart. Well the under carriage fell off on the way and was dragging on the ground I couldn't blame the customer for backing out. Same tactics used on the Gladiator guy who came from Texas and was blamed for not noticing damage. I'm sure they still practice bait and switch and even more amazed the FTC hasn't stepped in for consumers with all the dirty business practices. Patriot tried to hide it as they do with many vehicles on the lot. They buy the cheapest cars at auction and sell them to people who don't know any better. Had to make many "deals" like this which is why I'm glad Im out of the business. Don't expect this place to help you with anything if it hits the fan in your purchase. I don't care what they say about new management. Nothing has changed. They can try and paint a picture of change but I promise you it hasn't. Roger-Arthur- Clint all snakes in the business. Please reference my last day in the business not enough people have seen this yet. I truly don't think I can make all the stuff I can say about this place fit in a review. If you're looking to get racked in 10-15K negative equity this is the place to do it. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZT2NVPJWB/ Things they do-Employees post reviews to try and boost review numbers-Make deals with customers for reviews for "better deals"-bait and switch-0 help after you sign for a car if something happens- cheapest of the lot of auction cars in used selection-if it's not on a we owe don't expect it or expect for it to be half done or not at all especially if it's service related-They use to leave spouses out of financing if name wasn't on loan paper work. Done to a friend of mine who I told to back out of a deal. -Marked up inventory on low quality vehicles they say it's marked below retail it's not especially for the quality your buying. -Always obtain a carfax or you will be lied to-If it has damage be cautious it's probably gotten a band-aid-David Stanley type of business practices-Very dishonest I can't stress this one enough. The lies they encourage are sickening. -Tell you they know about the car you are buying but that's a lie as well. The day I left I posted this video got all sorts of threats from Arthur-Clint none from Roger he's just a snake not necessarily a tyrant. Even Arthur's wife FB messaged me over the video, truly was a priceless moment and a heck of a way to go out. Clint said he would make sure I never work in the business again. Glad I don't. Even more glad I get to advocate against snakes like you. When you see other reviews of Clint cussing at someone he's a tyrant with a huge ego trip. Some would call it a malignant narcissist. I hope this gives you insight on this horrible establishment. They don't just treat consumers bad they are the same way to the help or you get starved if you're honest or speak out. They wear a smile but it's all a facade. I'm so happy to have found greener pastures and you can as well at about any other dealership besides a Patriot store. Best of luck on your car buying adventure and I hope this helps save you money and a future headache.Places to avoid-Kia Kalidy-Keystone -David Stanley-Patriot Auto Group -Any buy here pay here lotRecommend -Bob Howard CJDR or any Group1 dealer-Bob Moore-Jakie Cooper -Jim Norton (iffy on them but still better)-Post Oak

I just want the world to know that you are another reason people in McAlester Oklahoma turn to other things to make money. You are another business who fails the younger generation. What am I talking about? there is a young father who is 21 years old, went up for a job. He has the experience and is one heck of a worker. He didn't have his permit just yet and the gentleman told him go get your permit and I will hire you. This young man drove all the way to Muskogee to get paperwork that he needed to get his permit THAT DAY. drove all the way back and handed that man his Paperwork they went ahead and then a background check they avoided his calls and would never call him back and gave him some type of excuse as to why they would not hire him. He doesn't have a background so that excuse you can not use!!! One thing I will tell you is I promise you you literally just let one of the hardest working young man you will ever find that is very dedicated and what he does walk away !!!!!Shame on you.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my grandmother here they had promised her a car. She had the down payment insurance everything you needed for a vehicle. She was there for three hours, and they put her in a car that you had to put a screwdriver in the gearshift to even make it work. That has to be illegal, and she had no problem driving the car she was gonna buy it and then they turned around and said she coverage insurance, makes a lot of sense, seeing as they were going to sell her a piece of shit car. I'm highly disappointed in this company, get put out of business. they refused to tell you the price of the vehicle you're asking to purchase, which is crazy because if you look online, it'll tell you everything. They like to beat around the bush. You guys are not salesman, a bunch of crooks.

Beware if using insurance for work done through the service department! They've had my Jeep for 2+ months and it is impossible to get an update on it. They always have to ask the mechanic and the mechanic is always magically not there. And that's if you can get them on the phone. Before we got insurance involved they were so nice and called with updates and questions. Our insurance can't even get them to return their calls. We are 4+ hours away so we can't just go everyday to actually speak with someone. What a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs unless you live close enough to badger them with more than just phone calls and Google reviews. I can't wait for them to send the standard "sorry to hear about your experience please reach out to so and so". No, you have my number. Give me a call back and tell me the work you've gotten a check for is done so I can pick up my car.

I drove 1 & 1/2 hours for a vehicle that I was told I could have. Get there just to be told otherwise and they tried talking me into other options. The salesperson I was supposed to meet with didn't even remember that I was coming so I had to deal with someone completely different. Also, they asked for basically 50% down on a vehicle less than $2,500. Also, I find it incredibly unprofessional that the vehicle I was interested in was absolutely disgusting on the inside (looks like it's never been cleaned), they had to jump start the vehicle and it ran out of gas on the test drive! I walked out and highly doubt that I will ever return or recommend this place.
