This is a beautiful library! It's set up around mock oil wells depicting the earlier days of Oklahoma. Huge big conference rooms and enclosed meeting rooms or workspaces. Plenty of computers and places to sit and read. They even have an outdoor patio!

Wonderful clean new library that is large! Everything is spaced apart including their computer stations which is a nice change especially since some locations you sit just inches away from the person next to you and you can see everything they do in the computer.Wonderful huge selection of books, dvds, cds etc. the staff here is super friendly and helpful.Lots of private study rooms throughout this is such a great place to research and enjoy quiet time. I've also been here for their kids activities which are always a blast and always a huge turnout of moms no matter what day it is! Everyone is always super warm and welcoming. Favorite little bit about this location is that you can see you book go back to returns down the never ending mile that looks like the episode of i love Lucy with the belt with the never ending chocolate!

Great library! Lots of space for studying, tons of books, very visually appealing from the inside and out, just a real pleasure to visit. Some of the amenities are closed due to COVID, but the staff is friendly and there is everything you could want from a library and more!

I love the interesting architecture of this library and sunlit spaces. It's a nice place to sit, relax and do some reading with the kiddies. But I don't get the staff here. They are super hands off, act annoyed if you bother them, even arrogant. Not the usual helpful, kind folks you expect working at a library. And why so many of them? For a library with such an efficient self-checkout, they seem to have librarians coming out their ears. While they do have a lot of books and most of the amenities a library needs, there are issues. They could do more hands on programs with kids and families. More private conference rooms are needed. The two patio areas could have been done much better. And while the building is beautiful, it does lack some of the warmth of a typical library, kid-centric signage, colorful decorations and kitschy Mr. Roger's Neighborhood stuff. I recently found a mistake in their children's summer online reading program, asking 6 year olds inappropriate adult questions about bars, alcohol and marijuana. When I said so, the worker didn't believe me, denied to my face it could even happen. Yet two hours later as we are leaving, he approaches me and awkwardly verifies it was their mistake and that they fixed the error. No apology. Umm okay, thanks, but how did it happen in the first place?

This is such a great library! It's hard to believe there wasn't a library in this part of town before this one was built. Even though it has been open since 2012, it still feels like new. The parking lot is huge too. I don't come to this location often since it's a bit out of the way for me, but I usually make it a point to stop in when I'm close by. It's great to see how much use our libraries get by people of all ages. With lots of seating options there is plenty of room to find a comfy reading spot.

I brought my kids here for the first time over the winter break. My sister brings her son, and during the long break we needed options of things we could do to be together with our kiddos. We came on a really cold afternoon when there sure would not have been much else to do. We loved the children's section, and my 3 year old especially loved that she could pull out any book she wanted, bring it over for a quick read, and then decide what to bring home. We've read her books many times so far! The architecture is beautiful with lots of sunlight on nicer days. The staff I encountered was friendly, helpful, and upbeat. The high tech nature of checking books in/out was new to me, and I'm excited to get into Overdrive, the audiobooks side of things, since that's all I have time for these days. The library system is a treasure, and we're lucky to have these public, indoor, free spaces. I know we will back, and I plan to find ways to support the library as I can.

Go to the library. You'll enjoy it so much. They have audio books, DVD movies, and computer stations available if you don't like reading. There are several quiet rooms available for those needing to use audio while doing their research or whatever reason you'd use to get into a quiet room. You have to rent them so see the front desk. The patio area is most excellent when it's nice out but would have better if they moved it away from the road imo. They have tons of seating around the perimeter of the obrará and a nice cluster of seats for those who enjoy reading close to strangers. The glass around that area and around the library makes a nice environment no matter the weather.

This is a library that actually makes you excited about going to the library! I love this location. It is so big and well built and it's in a good area. There are so many resources at your fingertips. You can get books, books on tapes, dvds, use the computers, print and email yourself documents if you don't have your own printer at home. There are also these tower rooms (I'm not really sure how else to describe them) that you can have study groups in. It's just an overall cool library and a nice public resource to have. More people need to take advantage of it!

What looks like a surprisingly great library is ruined immediately by the so-called "kids area." The screaming yelling and chaos of the unconfined area turns this library into a daycare center. On this note alone it is closer to a Chuck E. Cheeses pizza joint then a library.Could be awesome but all the dumb dinosaur sculptures in the world can't make this place into a library.Literally I just got here 40 minutes ago and my headphones at full volume can't muffle the zoo sounds in here. And do you think parents, 95% moms, will keep the kids in the unprotected play area? Of course not.So I pack up and go find a real library.
