Park at Tuscany

I lived here a year and a half. I looked at a lot of places in the area and these were the best of the bunch. Huge kitchens, shag carpet, non-white walls and large blinds. It's a great value. The management is terrific and are very helpful with anything. The maintenance folks are super responsive and friendly.The main drawback is the residents, at least in my building. Whether it's the constant smoking and littering or the trash bags in the vestibules or the people who don't feel the need to ever pick up after their dogs (despite the bags and boxes placed everywhere on the property), I just found the residents to be a lot less classy than the place deserves. The management does their best and sends notices and warnings, but there's only so much they can do. But if you can put up with that, it's a really nice place.

This is my second year living here and this is the best apartment community in the area. I haven't really had any issues. They're pet friendly with a dog park and the office staff is friendly. All of the neighbors are so nice and quiet!

I love these apartments! Great price for everything you get and the office staff and maintenance are extremely helpful. The complex is very quiet considering how full it is. Plus you're only minutes away from numerous restaurants, grocery and retail stores, and hospitals.

There are not enough wonderful words to describe these apartments!! The floor plans are amazing, the prices are BEYOND reasonable and the office staff (especially Ashley) is very helpful and kind!! The location is great as well, you are steps away from quail springs mall and multiple restaurants! You can't go wrong with this place!! You will def. consider this home once you come to visit for a walk through!!!!!!

I toured this community and loved it. Put down my deposit, hired movers, the whole 9 yards. I Requested to look at the unit the day before I moved in and noticed it was for a handicap person. It was literally for a person that was 3 foot tall with rails everywhere and lots of accommodations for a person in a wheelchair. This was not a place I could move into and was a false advertisement for the unit that I was promised. I had to find somewhere new to live in one day Due to the conditions this apartment was in. If you move here I highly recommend checking the unit long before you are due to move in. They were very helpful after the fact. But doesn't take the stress of it all away

We are moving at the end of the month, but ONLY because we got a house. We have lived here almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. The apartments and grounds are nice. Lisa and the girls in the office are friendly, professional and helpful. The maintenance crew is super responsive and professional. The location is excellent, close to so many shops and restaurants. We have enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend Park at Tuscany to friends and family.
