Paris Limousine

WOW! I quite literally have never met a company that is less customer centric. I called just to inquire about services for my wedding and the first lady that answered cut me off, said 'K', and put me on hold. The next man that answered was flustered and 'stressed' because there are just 'too many people booking buses'. You would think he would be happy about the business!! Also, just kindly tell me you are booked - don't make me feel bad about inquiring about a service you are paid to provide!!I asked for some insight to their fleet and what weddings typically book, as I clearly don't book weddings often. He does this daily - I just figured he would be willing to share what he has learned over the years. Instead he just rudely cut me off, very clearly communicated his annoyance with my 'lack of information', and sharply asked for details.In addition, the tone in which he communicated was just flat out rude. I am actually a little shocked that they can remain in business with this kind of 'service' and attitude from their customer-facing representatives. I am very disappointed.My sister's friend owns this company, so I had some high hopes that they would at the very least be respectful.... but that is NOT the case. Really, don't waste your time calling. They are just 'too busy' to care about new customers.

Not insured. One of this companies vehicles crashed into my sons car. The vehicle was not/is not insured (against the law) and the owner refuses to pay for the damages. We're working with our attorney but beware. If you're injured in an uninsured vehicle there will be problems.

Used them for prom and they were incredible!!! It really topped off the night by using this family-owned Limousine company!!!

We utilized Paris Limos for a girls night! They were amazing! Great customer service, excellent driver- he was super fun too, and they really made the whole evening a fun easy outing for us ladies! Love supporting family owned businesses, especially ones who make you feel like family with the way they treat and take care of you! Could not recommend them more for all your travel needs!

I used Paris Limousine to surprise my husband for his birthday this weekend. They were fantastic and our chauffeur, Garcia, was amazing! He was very nice and professional and confirmed everything before our appointment so I could relax knowing he would be there when promised. I couldn't have asked for a better chauffeur.

Paris Limo service drove us home from our wedding. Jennifer our driver was the best she decorated the car and made sure our drink of choice Prosecco was chilled and ready. She was very helpful and even stopped the car and helped us connect to the Bluetooth so we could listen to our wedding mix while looking at the Christmas Lights. What a memorable experience. We are thinking about doing it next year for our anniversary. Highly Recommended!

This place was terrible! they were over an hour and a half late once they did arrive to pick up myself and my six-year-old niece (first limo ride) The limousine was dirty you could tell it had just recently dropped off their prior guest did not clean up anything, dirty glasses,empty bottles there was stuff splattered all over the glass. when I rented the limo I was told that there would be beverages iced inside and there was not The driver was awful he almost threw me on the floor and I was wearing a dress,he was speeding because otherwise we were going to be late to the ballet. Needless to say I was very disappointed and will never use their services again!

We booked them to handle our wedding limo for the bride and her party and the groom and his party and a couple departure limos. They did not pick up my bride to take to the wedding. Who does that. That is the most important part. When they called they had no clue what they were doing and my wife and her bridesmaids had to find rides to the venue. And they charged us still. They were also at the wrong place when they picked up me and the other groomsmen. Would never recommend using this company. They have no clue what they are doing and will still charge you without providing agreed upon services. I will never refer this company to anyone. And would actually tell people to stay away. We booked them 4 months in advance and they were more concerned with the OU game than picking up my wife and her bridal party

Ordered a town car to drive my daughter to the airport, but the car no showed...leaving her stranded at 4:15 am (in the dark on campus). After several attempts to ring the office (which they claim is 24 hrs) and it going straight to voicemail...30 minutes went by from the pick up time, so we called an uber to came to the rescue (which was there in 5 mins). If you want to ensure your ride to the airport call someone else or use good ole Uber. Owner claims the ride was "somehow" cancelled (clearly wasn't me and we even called the day before to confirm the pickup was all set and ensure we included tip up front), but can't seem to determine who or how it was "canceled." Clearly never using their service again.
