Papa Johns Pizza

If I could give a negative star review I would. Worst service ever and I always give five stars so this tells you how bad this Papa John's is. I took over two hours to deliver one pizza. No call no explanation nothing. Horrible

While traveling I checked into my hotel about 815pm started calling around trying to get food ordered after three places said they are closing in 45 mins they didn't want to take my order...Not only Did Papa Johns want my business the food was great the delivery was quick they are exceptional employees that I would totally want working for me!!!Thank you

Like all business during the pandemic this one has been hit hard also. It's easy to forget they are people who are trying their best for wages that are far under what they should be paid. Every time I order from this specific store I'm greeted by kind delivery drivers, helpful managers, and amazing pizza. Sure there are mistakes here and there but if you treat people like people, then in my experience they are happy to work with us to make it right. It's just pizza and it's just Papa John's, take a slice and enjoy the night because it's gonna make it to you and it's gonna be delicious.

My first delivery was placed at 22:50. I received an email stating delivery time was 42-52 minutes. The driver arrived around 00:45. The pizza was cold and my garlic butter (that I paid for because it's not included with thin crust) was non-existent. The pizza was supposed to be square cut but that didn't happen either. When I asked the driver about the garlic butter, he said he didn't know there was supposed to be any with the order. He went to his car and started digging around in the backseat, hoping to uncover a cup or two, but to no avail. My next order was placed at 14:15. I received an email stating delivery time was 32-42 minutes. The driver arrived at 15:27. The pizza was cold and, again, no garlic butter that I paid for. I requested square cut and, this time, they didn't even cut the pizza.I've submitted separate complaints for both orders requesting a full refund and only received one email with a code for a free 2 topping pizza. Why would I want to go for round 3? If you aren't that hungry yet, crave cold pizza, and seek disappointment, order delivery from here.

Ordered around noon and got an ETA of 40-50 minutes. 2 pizzas took 3 hours to arrive and was not even warm. Get Little Caesars instead

Just ordered 3 pizzas for delivery and couldn't be more excited to eat them. Finished my plans earlier than expected, so I called to change my order to carry out. The woman on the phone was SO polite and helped me get everything switched over. I swung by to get my items and they were already ready for me!! So quick!

Worst place to order from ever. Don't know why I still order from them. Missing and wrong items every single time. -1 star

It was really good but the one taking the order was not very nice. He got mad when we ordered something custom for example a cheese pizza but with a different kind of cheese.

So I ordered my first non hospital food since I have been in for 15 days. The pizza they made for me had no sauce and several pieces had no cheese. This was probably the worst pizza I have had. Because people have to go downstairs to get anything I order it makes it to hard to just reorder.

This place should be shut down! Employees are dirty! They have filthy shirt sleeves, unkept hair....just not groomed at all. Do not eat here! It is disgusting!
