Palace Event Center

This is a nice venue. It would be great for a wedding or a big party like that but we were here for a dance recital. Unfortunately the dance studio did not want us to take any photos so I'm limited on what I have to show. I think for a normal event it would be great, however we had to stand outside in 95° heat for 35 minutes before we were allowed to enter so that was pretty miserable, especially with a one-year-old. That wasn't their fault though so we won't hold that against them! I would definitely recommend it for a party or wedding venue. It has a big auditorium and big rooms in the back for other events. Both areas have bars if you need that and the lights and chandeliers are beautiful. The inside is dark heavy wood... Kind of reminds me of old Mexico.

Man what a great place. The staff were so personable and helped create a great event for our team. I highly recommend this venue for any and all of your special events.

I held an event at Palace and regretted it almost immediately! The staff was mostly impolite and acted like we were putting them out or asking for more then what we had paid, when in reality we were not getting the package we had paid for. The food situation was even worse. Palace seemed understaffed at every turn in the process and behind schedule. I found an employee that had just been hired and was constantly apologizing for those above them and realized what we were going through. I found this fact even more revealing. They knew it was unacceptable.

one star does not nearly describe the mess experienced at this event center and would absolutely caution you about scheduling any sort of event here! My best friend was getting married and I had to jump in on multiple occasions to try to work with this venue, while they created obstacle after obstacle! we told them that she was going through chemotherapy and couldn't experience any extra stress and if there was any issue to arise to contact me or her mother... they did not heed this request. She was called at 9 pm the night before the wedding about several issues that arose and what it would cost to fix it... with 13 hours to go and an event that they knew was already way above the budget that had been discussed! This felt very deliberate and made us wonder if this is how they are making their money. very sad situation because this was the last major event my best friend would experience and would die just 2 short months after this huge stresser. obviousl, we can not possibly blame them for her death but certainly for not maintaining our wishes. If you want your wedding to be done on budget and within your wishes, then this is NOT the place you want to deal with for any major life event!

The Palace is AMAZING! Tracy took care of us from the moment we met her at an open house and past our wedding day! The price is comparable to other area vendors, but this venue is the only one that gives you your money's worth! The Chateau, the smaller building they have, was PERFECT for our ceremony. We needed next to nothing for decor. The included wedding planner was the thing that put us over the top to select this venue. This part was so amazing. The decor provided was amazing! That really took a weight off our planning process. This isn't just a venue you book and then show up to, this is a venue experience. You will NOT regret booking this GORGEOUS venue! They truly want to help you create your dream wedding (or event) and do so.

I can't imagine a better experience! The coordinators and staff were excellent and looking to help at every turn. The space was beautiful, the people who work there-delightful and so accommodating! I recommend this place without reservation!
