I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday as it is very close to Valentine's Day. We experienced an issue with the flowers during delivery and I called the shop. Within an hour, they delivered a full replacement for my order, which was of even higher quality than the original order. PJ's is by far the most responsive and stand-up flower shop I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Keep in mind, it's the day before Valentine's Day, which has to be the busiest time of the year. Quite impressive!

My husband ordered me some gifts from there for Valentine's Day... Flowers and a small puppy and candy bar nothing crazy...Well I get called the office and there is a bag.. a giant bear with two balloons and and my flowers... a little embarrassed because it was SO MUCH but felt really special because he thought about me. And a little pissed because he spent SO MUCH! Well I take everything to my room and called him. Well he didn't order the bear (that was bigger than my 3 yr old) so I told him to call pj flowers and let them know, or to find out where the mess up was.. for charging purposes...Ok here is the jacked up part... they told the office it was all for me! But when my husband called they told him the person who delivered it got it wrong...THEY CAME AND TOOK IT BACK!!!! ON VALENTINES DAY! Like seriously! It's not my fault you delivered the wrong thing!!!!!I got so excited that I actually went around showing it to my coworkers/friends. The way they addressed the issue also has been nothing but childish.Conversation below:Pj flowers:So sorry! Human error on a very busy day. Normally we would have let you keep the bear but it was the only one that we had like that and a gentleman had come in and picked out that bear for his little girl. Again please accept my apologies.Me:I am so glad they little girl got her gift. But here is my issue. You wouldn't have known the mistake until later in the day. I did the right thing to fix your human error and your response was basically "oh well, hope you liked the chocolates". That is poor customer service. No trying to right the wrong with me. The rest of my day was me answering my colleagues questions of where did my bear go. So all day I was reminded that your employee made a mistake and my day suffered due to it. Worst customer service ever! Order flowers a week before my son's dance and the day of the order pathetic and absolutely not what I asked for. In fact I think they forgot my order and threw something together. The lady at the store was yelling when I told her I asked for some rose in the bouquet. She screamed saying "I've had the worst week" because she was so busy with Valentine's. Then canceled the order. Went to Penny and Irene's and they made a absolutely beautiful bouquet. I purchased flowers this past Friday for a friend who lost her cousin, the person being an officer I wanted something beautiful to just show her the love and respect I have for both of them. I called prior to make sure it was doable for same day pickup and because I was interested in "A Full Life" ($125) arrangement on their website, the lady on the phone was super polite and said that she could do it but we'd have to change the small white flowers to pink flowers cause she didn't have white, I said that was ok and she said I had to pay in advance. Considering I wanted to use cash I drove up to the store, I added a $38 stuffed animal and didn't think to look at cards cause for the price I assumed I'd Atleast get a blank one with the flowers to write on as I've purchased from other places before and they're just a given. She forgets to give me my change back and I think about it as I'm walking out and ask if I'm supposed to have change she happily grabs it, no big deal, I'm not even annoyed or bothered by it, again she was very polite. I asked if I needed to bring my receipt when I picked up my flowers she assured me she'd be there. I kept it in my car just in case, came back 2 hrs later to pick them up, I walk in and another lady walks out and looks at the door and I'm already at the register and she was like oh didn't see you, I tell her I'm here to pick up my arrangement under my name, she looks and says no, then says what name again I tell her and she says let me go ask, she finds them comes back and says your arrangement is leaking I overfilled it, just don't tip it over, try and hold it straight as water is already leaking out. The first thing I notice is the hydrangeas are wilted along all the edges,brownish pink not purple like the photo. I'm annoyed about the water cause I have to drive 40min out in my car with water falling everywhere, and the arrangement had two darker pink roses. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, I could have gone to Walmart and bought wilted flowers for $9 and made my own arrangements. The picture showed Atleast 5 roses and I got 2 for $125. Then to top it off when I get to my location I look for the little white card to write something for my friend and there's nothing to write on. Spent a total of $175 and it was not worth it, my bf bought me flowers from there for Valentine's Day and those flowers were bigger and more beautiful then what my friend received, I was truly embarrassed to hand that basket over to her. I should have taken better pictures of them but I was driving. I recommend you not pay before receiving your flowers. I give this place a two because Atleast the First Lady I dealt with was pleasant.

Bought flowers for my wife for Valentines Day this year. Since it is on a Sunday I had them delivered the prior Monday so she could enjoy them all week instead of just Friday. Today she sent me this picture to show me how great her roses still look after five days in her office. This is my third time ordering flowers from PJ's and my wife has loved each arrangement. We had to go in to order funeral flowers. The person who took care of us was very professional. The catalog wasn't in our price range but she asked our price range and created a beautiful arrangement. She said it'd take 15 mins so we waited with our 1 yo, after a little bit of browsing she came back with a little balloon for him to play with which added the extra love to the experience.

I live in California and have been trying to find a good florist in the OKC area for gifts for family. I have been disappointed by all the major chains and online retailers, delivering things that look nearly dead or the delivery truck ran them over. Thursday I ordered the "special of the day" for delivery the next day. The arrangement was amazing, the recipient raved about how great it looked and sent some pictures. The total cost was $60 but well worth the arrangement and next day delivery. PJ's exceeded my expectations, glad to see a florist that cares about the arrangements as much I care about the people I order them for. I book marked their site and will be ordering directly from them moving forward!
