What a fantastic day trip! We went in the late morning, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Adult admission is $12 and included a "trailer" ride out to the pumpkins (so many to choose from!), then there's a petting zoo, a jump pad for kids and other "playground" equipment. They have clean restrooms and concessions. And of course... the corn maze! We went during the day but we hear the haunted version at night is the real deal. Great place for everyone.

The most wonderful time of the year has begun and we've been making a list of things to do since this is the first year since the dreaded pandemic that we feel safe enough to get out and about. Today was corn maze day. Both the husband and I have never been, not surprising for me but somewhat stunned that he's never experienced it.P Bar Farm's corn maze ad kept popping up on ny FB and that's how I chose it even if we may be a little old for such activity. We showed up just before noon this past Saturday and it looked like it has just started getting busy. There were children running around laughing and jumping up and down on the big float thingy-me-bob off to the side. People leaving with pumpkins tucked under their arms. Families pushing little ones in strollers. Lots of excited voices from kids. It really was such a happy place. We spent a good 30-45 minutes wandering inside the maze I would say. Found clues 1 and 2 and somehow found 6 afterwards and had to backtrack to try and find what we'd missed. Found number 4 and then gave up. Hahahahaha ... We'll have to go back next year to find 3 & 5 I guess. Lots of fun. A lovely way to create memories with the little ones as well as friends and loved ones. Go if you haven't been, don't be behind like us! Admission was $12 per person and free for 3 and under.

Fall for me means CORN MAZESSS!!! This is by far our favorite corn maze, we come every year and love it!The field is always grown perfectly. The paths are clear with no confusion as to what is meant to be trail and what is not (we had a huge issue with trail and growth at other mazes). We love the signs that can point you in the right direction if you know the answer. I do wish there was a sign at the end though that would give you the correct answers.I'm probably going to edit the stars on this review next year because I was fairly disappointed in the changes I saw this year. I've loved this farm for 5+ years now though and because of that I'm giving it 5 stars. The bad- my kids love that silly little train ride and now the rides are limited to 1 per regular admission and you cant buy additional separately. You can buy a higher package. The second highest includes corn hole which is the highest ticketed item that would make the price jump worth it.. except my small children dont play corn hole so it was a waste of money. The next package up takes off corn hole and adds on the mining which would be worth it but we go on sundays, my husbands only day off that the kids arent in school, and for 4 hours of open time its nearly impossible to do everything you pay for while there. So not worth the price increase. I was in line waiting to get tickets and heard 2 other families questioning the train ride specifically and being disappointed this has changed too. Obviously it's a big ticket thing for yall so maybe offer a way for just extra rides to be bought and not all the extra stuff our very little children cant really do. Also the tractor pulling it was one of the neatest things so that was a little disappointing too and the amount of dirt blowing in the kids faces was less. The pumpkin patch has always been my absolute favorite. I love the hay ride over to a spread out field of nicely sized carving pumpkins. The tractor driver explained that pumpkin crops cant grow over and over in the same area and that's reasonable. There used to be boxes of store pumpkins in the field too and I never had a problem with that because walking in a field picking one was awesome. This year the pumpkins were no where near carvable sizes. Most were smaller than my 10 month olds itty bitty head.

I really wish I could've went there when the Maze was fixed. However, the owners were so nice. The petting zoo was fun. The setting was rustic and clean. Great selection of Karaoke! And a small laser tag arena in a little barn. All in all, it was a fun place!

We visited on Saturday, November 3, 2018, and it was by far the best corn maze we have ever seen! We were so happy we made the decision to drive to Hydro! There were ten in our party, and the owners definitely went the extra mile to ensure our visit was perfect. The children jumped on the inflatables, played on the playground, fed the goats, petted the pigs, and collected pumpkins during a stop with the hayride. Well worth the drive!
